While the service I used was working great, everything that came after is a total disaster and ridiculous. I created an account (my first and only account), started a trade with a small amount to see if it is legit. It worked out perfectly so I did it again, with the same trader. Seconds after I sent the trader my money I got an e-mail saying that I was banned for "Duplicate Account / Account Creation in Bulk" and couldn't message the trader anymore. I was suspicious when the ban said that that decision is final and I have no chance for an appeal. And I wasn't even allowed to contact support through my account cause the account was banned so I had to write an e-mail. Not only did it take 5 days to get a response, the support also apparently didn't even check why I was banned, otherwise they would have seen that it was a faulty autoban. Unless of course this is a scam and everything worked out as they wanted it to.

I sent their support a screenshot of their reply as a response to my ticket I have open with them since they didn't say how to contact them. Just to "let us know"

Noones has replied to my email. They unbanned the account, good news right? 5 seconds later I get a ID verification request saying I need to verify my account with my ID in order to get "full access" to my account back :) Surely it's a good idea to send the people that banned me willy nilly and only "unbanned" me, if you can even call it an unban, after I exposed their practices publicly, my ID. Punishing the user for noones systems mistake is definitely the way to go to build trust. If you want a safe place to trade crypto anonymously, this isn't the place.

The core issue is that current payment platforms are systematically unfair. As an African user, I have repeatedly experienced this bias firsthand.
I have provided overwhelming evidence to support my claims in disputes, while the sellers provided nothing. Yet, the platform consistently ruled in the seller's favor. The reason is simple: the platform makes more profit from sellers than from individual buyers. This is not justice; it is a business decision disguised as a dispute process, and it disproportionately harms African users.
Therefore, the only logical solution is for us to stop relying on these biased systems. We have the market, the numbers, and the need. It is time we built our own financial platform, one that is 100% fair, transparent, and free from the racism and profit-driven corruption of the current options. We must stop being at the mercy of those who do not have our best interests at heart.

NoOnes moderators are racists and side with sellers. Trust me, if you want to buy crypto, NoOnes is a very risky place to do that because if you fall on a dishonest vendor then you will loose your money because if it ever ends in a dispute then the moderator will directly support the seller no matter what you do!!
I have an ongoing trade on NoOnes right now to buy Bitcoin using bank transfer, I submitted all evidence asked by moderator and did everything he asked from A to Z but I'm posting this review now because I already know how it's going to end, the moderator is showing to me crystal clear that he's siding with his white friend, always finding ways to help him not respect his own instructions, always giving him endless second chances even when he doesn't follow instructions.
The seller here is saying that his bank account got frozen (due to illegal activities his performing for sure) out of a sudden, then the moderator just ignored that flag and keeps siding with him, I even raised the concern to the moderator in the chat but the moderator ignored my messages and kept chatting with the seller like if they'll get some coffee together when this trade is over (I guess that moderator is very racist and arrogant).
This will be the second time I'll be getting spanked on NoOnes, the first time I didn't complain (because I'm the type of person that takes life as it comes, it pained me because it was a huge amount but I digested the pains from the moderator who sided with the seller) but this time I've decided to speak out early before it happens, shout out to the racist moderator (buddy you're doing good job conserving white supremacy!!). Today is the 8th day of the dispute and I know very soon the moderator will find a way and award the bitcoin to the seller (his white friend).

I used to have doubts and fear some years ago when I have cards and I want to trade them for BTC. But I think Noones is the best trading site on the market now. Now, I can trade multiple cards a day and I will not lose a single card, or no trade partner can dupe me. A lot of improvements have been made, especially "Crypto to Momo " "Shop" and other news products. I like the upgrade of the Moderator in the chat section. One thing I would like to share my opinion about is "Is it safe for me to keep my BTC and not withdraw to my Momo wallet for some time anytime I trade?". Well, in my own point of view, I prefer saving on noones more than banks. I hope my request will be taking into consideration. Thank you

I had a really bad experience with Noones support. I was locked out of my account due to a 2FA issue, and despite reaching out for help, the support I received was no support at all. It felt frustrating and unhelpful.
To improve, I suggest providing quicker, clearer assistance for account recovery issues, especially 2FA, since this is a critical barrier to logging in. A more responsive and supportive customer service would make a big difference.
