This app is terrible asf I have never seen an app that the support is not reachable on the web for over 6hours now I was told to update the app and boom I was logged out now I can’t login it keeps bouncing out, the app is really poor for a trading platform FIX UP now I will have to remove my funds from your app once I gain access or I drag you guys online

I opened a new account with phone number after buying usdt to transfer I was asked to change password and 2fa . I can't access account after that and support isn't being helpful. When u try resetting the password it tells you a code has been sent but no code . Noones is just terrible

The only thing I want now is help me delete my account, I tried deleting it but you people keep saying I need to withdraw my coins from it, which I have nothing left in that account

Noones app doesn't respond as fast as the last version before you updated

What made my experience great is how you treat your customers..
So far the company is doing a perfectly great job and they're trustworthy to cooperate with their team..

At first glance the company looks attractive due to good compensation and technically complex product. However, the internal reality is very different.

Leadership style is highly unpredictable and reactive. Priorities change constantly, often without explanation or alignment, which makes long-term planning almost impossible. Decisions are frequently emotional rather than strategic.

There is a strong culture of blame. Engineers are often labeled as “lazy” or “untrustworthy” instead of addressing structural or leadership problems. Staff turnover is high, and people can be terminated suddenly, creating a climate of fear rather than trust.

Compensation structures lack transparency. Payments may be split across different schemes, increasing personal financial risk. Offboarding processes are unclear, and access can be revoked immediately, making it difficult to resolve outstanding payments.

Work-life balance is poor. Long working hours and regular unpaid overtime are treated as the norm.

Overall, this company may only suit people who are comfortable with chaos, instability, and high personal risk. Anyone who values respectful leadership, clear priorities, and predictable compensation should be extremely cautious.

Excellent trade

I have been trading P2P on NoOnes since 2024. Today, however, I encountered a buyer who sent a falsified payment receipt and demanded I release the coins. To be fair, the moderator responded within minutes of my opening a dispute and resolved the issue promptly.

Despite the buyer being proven a scammer, I am deeply disappointed that no action was taken against the scammer's account. Shouldn't such accounts, and the scammers behind them, be banned to prevent them from defrauding other innocent traders?

As a user of the platform, I strongly urge NoOnes to act more aggressively against scammers. This is essential to protect honest traders and enhance the overall trading experience by removing bad actors.

Do not use this website. They allow criminals to act as a 'traders' who will steal your gift card codes and not pay you. This is totally normal to them. AVOID.

I am writing to follow up on the case I reported regarding the user “Third_Pairty_heree 🇮🇳” and the payment I made for the trade (₦79,890) that expired due to app instability.

Up till now, I have not received any update from the moderators, and I am very worried because the seller went offline immediately after receiving my payment and has not returned since then.

Please kindly assist me with an update on the investigation.

I lost around 50000$ due to chargebacks created by Noones's homegrown scammers. All my dear brothers and sisters, please read my review carefully. Even after many complaints, Noones not taking any action against them seriously. Noones collecting security deposits from Crypto sellers for safe trading purposes, but what about our safety here? Why is Noones not collecting the security deposit from the Gift Card sellers? It is a clear sign that Noones is earning millions of dollars for them by utilizing their Home-grown scammers by deceiving honest traders like me. God will punish severely to Noones staff for sure. I curse Noones severely for devastating my life.

Your live support does nothing but send a one time message telling you what you already know lol, after one reply you respond to a bot simply,

Ridicilous, you cant compete with Binance when your customer support is just replying one paragraph and cutting you off and leaving you to a bot to talk to, insane.
