My customer service was very professional and considerate and thoughtful, and I was able to accomplish my cares and concerns… and although I had to change my shipping address and payment method a few weeks ago… somehow the new information had to be submitted again, but based on my experience today, I was pleasantly surprised that I would receive an additional discount for the extra work I had to perform, which I did not even expect that I would receive an additional discount for my additional troubles.. of which didn’t even consider a problem and that was very kind to be sure!! thank you very much team at Noor!!

Demanding a phone number and deeming my landline to be a 'fake' phone number was a complete negative mark for this company. So I tried to purchase the items as a 'guest' which did not require a phone number, (just an email which the original way to order required too), and then I lost the new customer percentage off - paying as a guest. So I did not order. But then I started receiving emails for 10% off. Finally, I received an email for 15% off which was what I was offered originally as a new customer. So I ordered as a guest with 15% off but I lost free shipping!! And my order was for four items so free shipping was supposed to be included on multiple items. Product has not arrived yet so I cannot review the product but as far as ordering the product goes, this was like a slap in the face because I would not give them a cell phone number. I use a landline so I guess I am not a valued customer.
