Very low professionalism
I placed an order for two wetsuits in November 2022.
At that time, the suits were backordered from Cressi.
Only one suit was received, while another one wasn't received even after 2 months.
We agreed on refund for one the suit that's not in stock but I haven't got my refund yet.
On the other hand, they attached a wrong invoice to the parcel (invoice for both wetsuit), so I had to pay the customs fees for both delivered and undelivered suits.

Aquatone Wave Plus 11.0
Bought the inflatable SUP "Aquatone Wave Plus 11.0" in September 2021, and upon first inspection of the product I could tell why it was on sale. The board had glue all over it (with some parts not even being glued properly) and the drop stitching was missing in some places creating a couple of dimples. The first use was in the winter of 2021 (Dec) and used for about a month until the seams on the forward of the board had air coming out of it. Requested an RMA from Nootica around springtime 2022, and although the communication between the company was not all that great, I was still able to send it back to them (for a postage price of 100euros) and get a new board. The "new" board that had been sent also looked to be poor in quality, nevertheless we used it in the summer of 2022 for a couple of weeks without any problems, but now come again in the winter of 2022 in December, I discovered the board was losing air dropping from 1 bar to 0,4 in just a couple days. Surely enough there was a small hole in the board.
TL;DR : Nootica is an alright website and company, Aquatone boards are of poor quality and wouldn't buy another one.

I ordered a Beuchat Redrock wetsuit from Nootica. I've never ordered anything from this company before but a few of my friends recommended them. I was initially apprehensive about ordering anything overseas but for the savings, I went for it. I was very pleased with the experience. I received my order in a timely manner and also saved a lot of money. The order came to my residence in perfect order--even the packaging appeared flawless -- hats off to DHL. Overall, I definitely would buy from Nootica, again.
