Don’t use this company. I ordered in march 2023 and still haven’t gotten anything. I payed a lot of money. I got told with my order if I write a 5 star review they will throw in an extra 20 pills. Please don’t use this company.

Don’t believe the 7-10 business days. I deposited the money but have received no tracking. Have messaged several times and get a response but nothing comes of it. Hopefully not a scam!!

I ordered a particular face cream 3 weeks ago. I received it today, and I am very happy. These people are genuine, it may take a little longer, but item will arrive. I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you :)

shipping on site says 7-10 business days. For a lot of customers this may be misleading, as in many cases the products are sent directly from the supplier. In my case the shipment was sent from mumbai, India. I recieved no tracking number and communication from the business was nearly non-existant, but you have to understand there are very few staff working for this company and as such, if you are patient and happy to wait a more realistic 10-30 days for your product, you'll have nothing to worry about. I very much do recommend buying from this business as the pricing is highly competitive and I could not find the same quality products ANYWHERE for the price I paid. It's worth it in my opinion.

FIRST REVIEW (SEE UPDATE) Paid in full, they keep avoiding my emails…. Ordered the items on August 6, and one month later still haven’t received anything… Feeling like a scam. Will update if I receive the package. If not, I will report them to the police for fraudulent services.

UPDATE: today (8th September) I received the items in perfect conditions and they contacted me several times since I wrote the first review to update me. I am happy with the purchase and will buy here again, now that I know that it is not a scam and that I will always receive the item. The only “bad” thing to expect is that the delivery might take a bit longer than expected. Overall score is 4 stars because of that little incident. Thank you very much!!

Keep messaging them. Zero response. Custom service is terrible, borderline non existent. Paid in full, feeling like a scam more a more.

Replies fairly quickly and gets our products to us quickly and good pricing

Have ordered twice previously with no issues, although this time around there's been no confirmation on order, have sent message & they have been read but no reply. Have decided to order elsewhere from now on

Unfortunately it appears to be a Scam. Have reported to the ACCC. Wish I read the reviews before hand. I made an order a month ago and there was no communication from NootraPlus when I asked for an update. It was only when I threatened to report it that they responded however they have done nothing since.

Communication is awful, where is my order. Youve left no tracking details. This is a scam company don't use this company
