Hi I would like to find out what has happened to my order # 7196 made on May 10, 2023 but no-one has answered my email (sent to you 6 days ago.) I have also messaged you on Messenger but have heard nothing back. Can you please contact me. I am beginning to worry that you are not to be trusted.
Their reply below states they have called me and asks me to call them.I have no calls from them that I am aware of and the phone number they show on their website is disconnected.

Second order with these guys and both times I've received the goods quickly (as compared to buying from an overseas vendor) and received a quality product. Not sure why people are saying its a scam, there's literally a phone number you can ring and talk with employees. Very satisfied and will return for the next order. Thanks team!

Unprofessional business operational procedures!
It would be advisable for the management of this business to review their operational procedures, as the current practices are unprofessional and may be perceived as fraudulent.
I experienced a fraudulent incident whereby I unintentionally placed a duplicate order for Retin-A cream due to processing difficulties. Fortunately, the payment did not go through. Despite receiving a confirmation text requesting my address, my subsequent efforts to communicate via email to explain that I do not require the duplicated order were met with no response.
My sole objective is to cancel the order that remains pending without any acknowledgment or response via email or phone. The business' practices are concerning and warrant consideration for the removal of their website.

Orders can take a while but well worth the wait
It can take a while to receive tracking advice and for orders to come through sometimes but I have ordered several times, have received each order and been very happy with the products.
