I love my new bag! It's everything it was advertised to be. Compact, lightweight, attractive. Looking to buy another one in the future.

Took longer than expected to arrive. Seems like it was shipped from Asia to North America or somewhere in Europe before shipping back to uk.

The quality of the item “siena hobo cross body bag” was better than expected. But not worth the price point they ask for because of the style, as it looks like it’s for Middle Aged women or older. But if you don’t mind then it’s a great bag to take on holiday with you as there’s multiple pockets and it’s not too small and not too big.

Delay in delivery. Very disapointed in the top opening,it is very tight ,this was not the impression that i got in the advertisment.catherine

It's always nice to discover a speciality supplier who knows what they are doing and focuses on a small slice of products. The bag is very high quality and the colour really pops. It's got everything you could ask for from a tote style bag - very happy customer!

Love the bag, it’s so well thought out and constructed. The delivery time is longer than you might thing, so order in good time, other than tha, it’s a fantastic bag. I use it as an office on the move and it is perfectly designed to be stylish and functional. I love it!

First, I love the bag, with its abundance of pockets for everything you could think of. It is very sturdy and should be a great companion for upcoming travel. The customer service for Nordace is also VERY good. There was a little key in a plastic holder in the bag and I couldn't figure out what it was for. I emailed the company last night and this morning I had the answer. That's impressive. It's not a superlight bag, but given what I'm intending to use it for that isn't an issue - I want something that will do a good job of protecting my laptop or iPad (or both).

It was easy to order and was exciting to open the package when it arrived. Have already used my new bag and LOVE it!!!!

Delivery took some time (coming directly from Asia) and first made me think it was a fraud but i got my parcel.
The bag is great and use it now all the time.

I bought a bag as a gift to my partner, but it was not to her liking (it was just too big for her, no fault of Nordace's). The support team was very responsive and honoured their refund policy.

Love this duffle! It's light weight, durable, roomy, sleek and most importantly fits in overhead bin and abides by international carry-on size limits.

Customer Service was exceptional - friendly, informative, very responsive and quick to reply - my issue was fully resolved within 2 days to my complete satisfaction.

I absolutely LOVE the Siena Hobo Crossbody bag. It is the perfect combination of elegance and everyday functionality due to its great design. Where shall I begin? The horizontal insert supporting the zipper of the main compartment is a very smart design feature as it provides structure to the bag and accentuates its elegant form. Thanks to the slight curve, the zipper of the main compartment both opens and closes effortlessly, using just one hand! Have not seen that yet with any other soft shell bag. Despite the relatively discrete opening compared to the generous volume of the main compartment, everything is easily and readily accessible thanks to the many different compartments. All keys in one of the generous (without being bulky) side pockets, emergency energy supply in the other.
Phone in the one of the front pockets (originally designed with soft inner lining for sunglasses) and medical control device in the other front pocket. Oh these front pockets ... what an exquisite design: they are hidden with equally hidden side zippers. So smart and elegant.
All your small stuff, like handcream, suncream, lipstick, brush & mirror, sunglasses, phone earplugs & power cable, medical bits and bobs, have their own little compartments inside. No more rattling around and endless searches for your stuff.
Wallet, handkerchiefs, waterbottle AND book or scarf in the main compartment. All of that without loosing its beautiful shape.
The zippers are of high quality and all the stitching is beautifully finished. It is a genuine high quality product.
As if all of the above is not enough I was pleasantly surprised by Nordace's excellent service! First of all, a very speedy delivery of my order. Then, once I notified the customer service that the water bottle was damaged during transport (punctured package), they immediately shipped a replacement.

I recently purchased a bag from Nordace, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. While the product itself looked decent at first glance, it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of size, so I decided to initiate a return.

That’s where the real problem began. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and phone, but never received a single response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when you’re simply trying to resolve an issue in a reasonable way.

Good customer service is just as important as the product itself, and in this case, it was completely lacking. I feel stuck with an item I don’t want and no support from the company whatsoever.

Good evening Nordace person,
I have a query about my recent purchase. I will begin by assuring you that I do love my new bag.
However, I was a little disappointed that there was no retractable key attachment as it was a feature I was very keen to have. (I was always struggling to locate my keys in my old bag!)
Also, there is a small cellophane bag with some rectangles of what look like clear plastic inside, together with the sort of pin that opens phones, tablets etc, for the insertion of a sim card. As there is no apparent use for that item with this bag, and no accompanying notes, I am a bit confused as to its inclusion.
I would really be pleased to have an explanation for these two anomalies as I have just seen again, the advertisement specifically for the bag I purchased, and it clearly demonstrates the key linkage but shows nothing of the clear plastic rectangle things.
While I would obviously love to have the key attachment, my query is sent in the hope that you can alleviate my confusion and curiosity.

We have recently transitioned to hot desks in my office. This bag is amazing and so useful. I am using it to transport my bag to work along with all my hot desk accessories. It is light and has lots of compartments to keep my accessories organised. I love it.
