Advertised as a free online test, then requested £1.95 for the results. That I agreed to pay, what I most definitely DID NOT agree to pay was the £39.95 subscription charge which was taken from my... See more

If there was less than zero
If there was less than zero, I would put it. I had no idea I was going to be charged $39. There was nothing I signed. I am disputing this transaction.

1ST TAKES £1.99 THEN A WEEK LATER TAKES £39.95 MONTHLY.
WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. THE LINK SAYS "EXPIRED"

did a survey for 1.95 a week or two later i see a charge of 39.99 so i went into paypal and went into activity . found the manage payments tab brought up nordialab and cancelled all future payments then emailed and asked for a refund. I recieved the refund the next day.
Massive Scam!
Signs you up for an unknown subscriptions after paying for a report once you've completed a 100+ question ADHD questionnaire.
Paid £1.95, billed £39.95 7 days later! No log ins, no account, nothing!
Thankfully paid through pay pal and I have been refunded.
Scammers! Beware!!
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. DO NOT TRUST IT. I paid for a neurodiversity assessment for £1.95 on Instagram. There was nothing there about a subscription, let alone a recurring payment of £39.95, but in a few weeks the money went out of my account. I contested it and they denied not making it clear. Trust me, they did not. Why would you pay a recurring subscription for a one off report?
Avoid the company at all costs. It's a scam.
Complete scammers
Complete scammers. Will help themselves to a stonking subscription without your say-so. Remarkable, really, that online platforms continue to host con artists like these.
Absolute scam!!
Absolute scam!!! As others have stated, you pay 1.95 for some stupid test then they attempt a future payment 2 weeks later for 39.95. They do not indicate you’re signing up for another payment or subscription, there is no follow up email indicating this or giving the option to cancel.
STAY AWAY!!
STAY AWAY!!! Do not go near this company. We found that they were taking payments from my wife's Paypal account without our knowledge. We had not even heard of the company, let alone authorised any recurring payment scheme.
Paypal are now doing an investigation as to how they managed to do it.
Absolute con-artists!!!
Absolute con-artists! I paid just $1.95 AUD for a personality test - or so I thought! They hide a subscription checkbox selected by default in the FINE PRINT so they can lift $54.95 AUD more out of your bank account for a service you never intended to use!
More charges you didnt ask for.
paid for the test, then they charged me for a subscription without saying anything. I hate this shit.
Total subscription trap--a scam
Total subscription trap--a scam. You take an online test, pay a $1.95 fee to get the results, and then a week or so later, surprise! Your acct gets charged $39.95 for a "test subscription." You have to contact your bank to stop future payments because you sure can't find their website or any way to contact them to get you out of the phony subscription they've signed you up for. Completely fraudulent.
NordicaLab had made an unauthorised charge to my bank account
I paid £1.95 for an autism test on the 11th of May, and I have now received a charge of £35.95 as a recurring payment. It was not clear when I purchased the test that there would be ongoing charges. Their website is down, so I can't cancel this online, but I have tried to cancel the PayPal payment, and have spoken to my bank about blocking this company to prevent any future charges. This is a complete scam and possibly fraud.
Having to charge back something that…
Having to charge back something that was supposed to be canceled is annoying
Do Not Trust
I paid for what appeared to be a low-cost autism summary/test, around $2, through NordicaLabs/Testlibrary. I was later charged $54 through PayPal for what they described as an automatically renewing subscription.
During the checkout/payment process, I do not recall seeing any clear or obvious signs that I was signing up for a recurring subscription or that I would later be charged $54. Their support later claimed the subscription terms were presented before payment and included in the confirmation email, but the process did not feel transparent to me.
I was able to cancel the subscription on the site and, after contacting support, I was told a full refund had been issued and should process within 1–3 business days. I appreciate that the refund was granted, but I’m still very unhappy with the way the subscription/renewal was presented.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be careful before paying for a low-cost test through this service. Check for any trial/subscription terms, take screenshots, and monitor your PayPal or bank account afterwards.
Didnt review this company before i paid…
Didnt review this company before i paid £1.99 for the "free test". Just been on my bank account and they have taken another £39.95, am raging!!! After reading the reviews on here i do not know why this company hasn't been shut down. DO NOT USE!!!!
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. After answering 100 questions you are sent a generic, worthless report. You will then be charged £1.95 which you have not agreed to. A week or so later you will get a subscription charge of £39.95 to your PayPal account which you have not authorised. Cancel it and report these scammers to PayPal.
Also, the domain name nordicalab.com is fake. The company operates this scam from testlibrary.com
This is a scam
This is a scam; they are charging a small fee for a test that is not a great deal, and some days later, they will start charging many times higher monthly fees. No communication with them allowed, the website is not working.
Extremely untrustworthy
Extremely untrustworthy. Paid £1.95 for an online test which was worthless, then found out they'd signed me up to a monthly subscription from PayPal of £39.95, which they tried to take from Paypal today. Spotted as PayPal notified me. Rang my linked bank and the bank's Counter Fraud Squad have temporarily refunded me while they look into the company. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely fraud!
Edited: it was a company called TestLibrary where this originated from. I was able to cancel the monthly subscription and they said they'll give me a refund. I'll update again if that ever comes through.
NORDICALAB and TESTLIBRARY - act quickly!
Like others I completed a personality-type questionnaire and thought I was only paying £1.95 full stop. Then a week later a monthly subscription of £39.95 was initiated and the first installment taken out of my account. I had no idea that was coming. A LOT of money to lose every month. So if this has happend to you, and you didn't mean to sign up for a subscription - I suggest you act fast - so that you nip this in the bud. Cancel your subscription on testlibrary.com ASAP, and message Nordicalabs saying that you don't want to sign up for monthly subs and that they need to make that much more visible - and asking for a refund. That seemed to work.
scam
scam, scam, scam, scam. Thieving little @&*£%^£@.
There was nothing to say you get a charge after 7 days.
