Terrible product, do not buy.
I’ve bought so many things from here and butter beware on their curtains.
I’ve followed the instructions on how to take care of them and took them to the best dry cleaner in NYC, and guess what, they SHRUNK.
They haven’t responded my email at all, and doubt they will based on my past interactions with this brand.

Measurements are great for most areas based on sizing category. We ordered a massive rug for our living area dining space. The green in the rug brings a lot of richness to the space.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Placed an order with three rugs during the sale. Then the day after i asked to cancel one of the rugs before it gets shipped. The customer service agent then cancelled the full order and told me to re-order at the full price. Incredible!

Stunning rug!
I purchased a custom size rug and had a wonderful experience with this company. The design desk was very helpful, the lead time and pricing were reasonable for a custom size, the rug was packaged well and arrived on time with no damage. Best of all, the rug is absolutely beautiful, of high quality, and fits perfectly in my room! I would absolutely purchase from Nordic Knots again!

It will take forever to receive your order. The freight consolidator that Nordic Knots uses to ship the mdse. to the consumer cannot tell you when it will come because they wait till they have a full container load to truck it out.
