I am trying to return a 200 cm £700 rug…
I am trying to return a 200 cm £700 rug and am unable to do so as I’m being told to reuse the original packaging (which is completely unrealistic, as it isn’t designed to be reused and included multiple layers of tight industrial packaging with cable ties). Nordic Knots won’t provide suitable packaging for me to return the item nor will they arrange for an appropriate courier to collect the product in the absence of suitable packaging.

unique rugs. The rug I purchased was not as plush as it seemed online, but it is still nice. The customer communication could have been better; it was challenging to discuss my order with a person, also trying to obtain status of when the rug would be delivered was also challenging.

This rug was a big splurge for me, but as soon as I saw it, I fell in love. Shipping was super quick, and the moment I sank my toes into it, I knew it was worth it! It’s incredibly soft, and shedding hasn’t been an issue at all. If you’re considering a Nordic Knots rug, do it—it’s a great investment!

This flat weave rug is beautiful! I’ve ordered other flat weave rugs from name brands that turned out to be flimsy but this rug is a nice hefty weave. It arrived quickly after ordering and no odor or creases upon unwrapping.
