The rug was exactely what i expected and reasonably fast delivered
One thing ghe chakra in the rug did not glide wel enough

I ordered two curtain panels and a rug from Nordic Knots.
Curtains (the shade, warm white): high quality, rod rings don’t fit in my existing rod. Seems like I’ll have to buy the rod + wall mounts from Nordic knots as well. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying
Rug (nomad - cream): came with dark spots - don’t know if it’s how the wool is supposed to look but I was quite disappointed. For that price tag I would have expected a higher quality (or at least a more uniform color). The patterns look nice. The wool shows early signs of shedding (not even a month in).

Arrived as promised. Beautifully made. Love the simple design. Cannot comment on length of wear, but so far so good. does not seem to shed like other natural fiber rugs.

Ordered several rugs. One came stained. The others were fine but pilled and snagged so easily. I’ve only had them for a few weeks and they already look worn.

The rug looks and feels luxurious!

I have found the color to be more tan than yellow/butter yellow, so please keep in mind some of the photos online have filter that saturate the colors of the furniture.

I checked your showroom in NYC but the sales people ignored me for the most of the time I was there. I went there twice and the same thing happened. I felt like your staff racially profiled me. I decided to buy my rug online and not through any of them so they don’t get a commission if they get one.

They stood behind the rug we had purchased in the past and gave us credit towards a new rug. The samples came very quickly and so did order

I would say that I love the rug because it is natural fibers. Some draw backs that we have found are that this rug looks dirty right away (not sure if it’s because of the color we got) and it does pill and pull easily. I would not recommend to anyone who actually plans on using the rug in a moderate traffic area.

We have two other Nordic Knot rugs we're very happy with, and which looked exactly like they did on their website. But the rug we recently bought--Båstad, blue, 9’x12’ was a disappointment. The actual rug is gray and looks nothing like the rug pictured in the catalogue, which appears quite a bit more blue than it is in real life. (And no, I'm not color blind--I deal with color all the time for my job--and our computer is properly calibrated.) We kept it only because it's too much of a hassle to send back a 9x12 rug, and because they have disclaimer in their website taking no responsibility for color differences. You should send for a color sample before you buy.
