Quality rug. True colors. Nice texture

I have to say, I have truly never had a better experience with any company than I have with Nordic Knots. These rugs are absolutely STUNNING, but they are expensive. When I had a rug arrive with stitching imperfections they sent me another one promptly. That one also had imperfections and they sent me a third rug. Just knowing that your money is being respected and they truly care about the quality of their products is huge for us.
I’ll never buy from anyone else after this experience. Thank you so much. Worth every penny.

We initially had a frustrating experience with Nordic Knots after placing a custom rug order (N244728). Six days after ordering, we reached out to request a color change due to an issue with our furniture supplier. We understood that it was a custom order and were willing to cover any costs already incurred, but were told the rug had already gone into production and couldn’t be changed.

At the time, we were disappointed by what felt like a lack of flexibility and some contradictory communication around production timelines. Our interior design studio even followed up on our behalf, but we weren’t able to make the adjustment.

However, after sharing our honest feedback with the team, we were contacted by Ava from customer support who handled the situation with great care. She acknowledged our concerns and offered a generous gesture to help make things right. This kind of response really changed our view of the brand and showed us they do stand behind their values when it matters.

The quality of Nordic Knots rugs is truly excellent, and despite the initial bumps, we’re happy with the outcome and look forward to ordering from them again. We appreciate the way this was handled and are glad to continue supporting a brand that ultimately listens to its customers.

The quality of the product is top notch. We have a cat and have struggled to find nice, cat-friendly rugs. The flat-weave is perfect. And we adore the designs.

I spent a great deal of time researching a high-quality cotton/wool rug with a sleek texture and a silvery gray tone. After much searching, I finally found this one and decided to make the purchase.

While the design and color initially met my expectations, the rug began shedding excessively within the first two weeks. I assumed this was normal and would subside after a few vacuumings—but unfortunately, the shedding has continued even after two months.

The constant shedding completely undermines the sleek texture I was looking for and makes the rug very difficult to maintain. I’m not sure if I received a defective piece or if this is a widespread issue, but either way, I’m extremely disappointed—especially considering the high price point and the amount of research I invested prior to purchasing.

I received great support from the storefront in New York City. The ceiling tracks are lovely and fade away into the ceiling. The drapes I ordered (both linen/cotton and wool) are beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. Everything arrived quickly.

i was able to exchange a rug with no hassle. i bought 3 rugs and they all look gorgeous. one i exchanged fo another color with no fee and easy pick-up and exchange

I bought a beautiful beige rug Archipelago made of New Zealand wool. Soft, comfortable, fits the living room. I am proud of the rug. The delivery was fast,. The service was excellent. Thank you.

The quality of this rug was much lower than expected. The edges are frayed and I expected much more from this brand.

We LOVE our rug from Nordic Knots! Being such a large rug we were expecting the delivery time to take a while to arrive. However we were pleasantly surprised to receive our rug in just one week! It is the perfect finishing touch on our space. When we first unboxed it there were a lot of little fibers that went everywhere and they continue to come off but a little less so every day.

I had been eyeing the Grand rug in brick for a few months and purchased it when it was on sale. Pros: it is very plush, it’s more carpet than rug, the color was accurate to the sample, it did not shed as much as I anticipated. Cons: the rug pad has to be the exact size as the rug or you will very clearly see the edges, every time I vacuum bits of yarn get pulled up and are very noticeable, a rug like this should hold up to vacuuming better since you can’t just hang it outside or shake it out, because it is so plush I don’t know how the edges will hold up long term. I live alone and have no children, I imagine with a family the wear would be even more drastic. Every crumb shows. I probably would have returned it but didn’t put it down right away because I was working on the room it’s in.

TL;DR: It’s a lovely rug, very plush, maybe not for an everyday room. Would not purchase a solid rug again or one with such a high pile.

Great service, got my carpet in time for a fair price.

We purchased 2 rugs after requesting samples which helped us with decision. We like the low pile and the designs. The traditional in blue looks great with our Scandinavian teak dining table. The shirt stripe was not as good a choice in the living room because it shows up every little piece of lint. Though it's quick to clean with the vacuum
