Incorrect Order Sent - No response from customer service

Delivery took 6 weeks more than stated on the website.

Order now received but a cheaper alternative sent (not the item I ordered). Almost €200 total cheaper products sent (2 x SUP boards)

I have sent many mails / requests for correct product to be sent. No response after 2 weeks chasing and sending mails. Note I spent 6 weeks chasing for the initial delivery.

My request is for replacement product or refund. There is no possibility to reach a person or receive a response by mail or in the chat.

If no reply is sent or the product / refund I will have no option but to pursue legal action and complaint to the Finnish Consumer Board

would have given 0 stars if possible, all started with an order that was suppose to be dispatched 2-3 days but in reality took 15 days. After dispatch another week to receive and the product was received in bits, broken glass all over the box.
sent an email requesting support and not reply in over 5 days, next step is start a dispute on my credit card provider.

I ordered a dog bench for the car almost 5 weeks ago..no answers to my mails and last week I had a mail that the order was shipped. 1 week later the tracking stays the same… very disappointed! Still hoping it will come

I ordered a small trampoline on April 22nd and haven't received it yet. I did get a confirmation order number and later an apology for the delay but nothing since. This seems a common complaint having read many reviews now. This company should be investigated.

I ordered a basketball hoop for my brothers birthday. I ordered it in advance. It said shipping would be 6-8 days. It was over 3 weeks before we got it. No communication from them. Missed his birthday. We open the box only to find it's missing a part to it. Emailed them immediately. I've received no reply. It's been a week at this stage. Emailed again. Same result. I've been on their website to contact their customer service with no results. What's going on? It was a very expensive purchase. It's a joke.

I ordered a basketball hoop but it was taking too long to even get a tracking number so I decided to cancel the order. In fairness the customer service was very apologetic for their backlog and initiated an immediate refund.

Exactly four weeks since I placed my order, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Apparently they are "experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders" which they only deigned to tell me after I attempted a PayPal charge back. It was otherwise impossible to get a response from them otherwise, despite sending emails asking for an update.

Nothing on the website advises people to expect delays so that consumers can make an informed choice before they actually purchase.

I have never written a negative review in my life, but this experience has been abysmal, and I wish I'd read the reviews here before I'd made this purchase. Hopefully this review will help others avoid the same fate.

If you do decide to buy from here pay through PayPal so you can attempt to get a refund. Because it's so hard to contact them, you may not be able to otherwise!

If you want a really long delivery time, Nordic ProStore is what you are looking for….. I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and now it is finally in transport. From FINLAND!! They estimated 4-6 days delivery. Very disappointed.

Has anybody received their order? Or heard from Nordic ProStore after enquiring about their order? It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and no communication at all from them. I have emailed, messaged on social media and even found and emailed what seems to be a parent company (IP Agency) and no response whatsoever. I will be contacting my bank and reporting this transaction as fraud! Terrible service.

No news after one week, I wrote and waiting for a reply...did not see this reviews before order. If they will not reply I try to ask money back with PayPal

Awful communication. Ordered something 3 weeks ago. No reply to emails despite having been assured at checkout that delivery would 3-5 working days.

No way to cancel the order through the portal to get a refund.

I have emailed the company twice asking where my order is and have received no response. Really disappointed and will have to contact my bank for a refund if I don't hear back soon. Looks like this is a common compliant from reading the reviews here.

Ordered an item on Mar, 30th - have not heard from them since. I wrote multiples emails in different languages - no reply so far. I am sad, I did not read those revies before odering -

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered goods on 4 April 2025. On 11 April nothing has been shipped, hence I contacted the store and still didn't get a response. I have tried to contact them again today - no luck. Will start the chargeback process with my bank now.

I wished I read these reviews before I placed an order. I paid for a pool table last week,got a confirmation email,but heard nothing since. Contacted them this morning about shipping,they said there was a backlog of deliveries because they are busy at this time of the year. I’m trying to arrange my bank to get a refund as this company if it exists,is a total scam

Hi, Bought a new Basketball Hoop in March but still haven't heard anything about when it will be delivered. I have heard nothing so i am not sure if this is even a real company at all!! be warned. I hope i can get a refund through paypal if they don't come up with the goods soon

I wrote a frustrated and relevant complaint about the company at the end of March, but today I have actually received both products that I ordered, in addition I also received an email where they apologize that I have had to wait and that things have not gone as expected. From what I thought was a Scam to actually being something that is real and has now been delivered - although two weeks later than initially promised, but the products look nice. Have not tested yet... but at least I received the 1000€ goods that I had ordered. So I take back the criticism I gave in the first place.

Still trying to receive a delivery for 10 days. Every day that passes, I am asked to send another $300. One representative requested $2000 and that will never happen. If I had a valid phone number..they always claim to be too busy to answer and request an email address, I would ask in real time. My friend who sent the package thought this would be secure. She also has been asked to send an additional $600. Don’t deal with these foreign criminals. 0 stars.

After reading the series if reviews, I am convinced that the company might not be what I envisaged it to be. I better start making alternative plans for seeing my daughter's dress, cause who knows when the sewing machine will arrive? I'm somewhat disappointed, you would think that after a fee complains, there would be some improvements, but 98% of every customer is pissed at the company.
