Part of the basic frame broke when the treadmill was less than 2 years old. After 3 months I still have not gotten a replacement part, nor do I know when I will get it.
Regarding Nordic Track reply, can you please quantify "soon"? I have been waiting 3 months. And yes, I have spent many hours on the phone with your Customer Support. They also tell me the part is coming soon, but can not quantify when. After lengthy discussions with them it is clear they in fact have no idea when I will get my part. Parts arrive at NordicTrack every month and are provided to the first customer that requested the part. So we are in a queue, which is sensible. However Customer Support claims not to have access to the information relating to where a given customer is in the queue. All they can do is apologize and offer that the part should come "soon", just as you are doing now.
Given this, I do not believe my experience is uncommon, as you claim. Your Customer/Product Support system is dysfunctional.

I have three NordicTrack machines and love them all. The treadmill is great and I love the integration with iFit. Was a bit squeaky until we got out properly lubricated. Zero complaints.
Nothing short of being efficient, prompt, respectful and kind.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Shelly.
The product resolution specialist I worked with was polite, knowledgeable and always quick to respond. My expectations were certainly exceeded with how above and beyond the service was. They worked to make sure I got the product I wanted, it was shipped extremely fast, and they handled all the product registration for me as well.

Adjustable iSelect dumbbells are faulty and the weights came loose and almost fell on me as I was working out. These dumbbells have been recalled by NordicTrack themselves, however, they require me to ship them their faulty handles back. Not only that - I am left to dispose of 100lbs of weight. This costs me more time and money on top of the money I spent on this horrendous product. Cherry on top - it takes up 90 days to get a refund AFTER they received the handles. Bad business, do not recommend.

AWFUL does not even begin to explain this company. I assumed this would be a good purchase bc they have been around for 40 years, household name etc. I purchased my treadmill on black Friday. Received the following week. Today is 3/9. It has NOT worked 1 day. I have had a repair person come to my house 4x now. Been shipped 4 parts and still NOTHING!! DO NOT BUY! My 30 days is over for return. It never even worked in the 30 days. I was assured this would be a simple fix. Here I am over 90 days later with no solution. Please do not waste your $$ Customer service people have zero knowledge or urgency.

shelly was very efficient and helpful once she got my file.
before she gets involved things were a little chaotic
Shelly was great - communicative, responsive and informative on status, next steps, etc. and helped guide my issue to a successful resolution.
Underwhelmed w the treadmill. For $2500 it’s very meh 🫤. Has to buy ifit programming to be able to have streaming apps and then you are limited to what they have preloaded. Controls are not super responsive. Overall it feels like a $1200 treadmill would not recommend.

Incredible potential but UI, search and performance are remarkably poor.

I have a treadmill that I paid $600 for. C700. It is probably 5-6 years old so out of warranty and I know that. It's got the IFITT screen and software on it. I do not use the programs. I just walk manually. It now has an update fail error message and I've done all the troubleshooting tips multiple times and finally called in to NT. They said I have to purchase a new console for $349 + install. I've seen multiple others on Reddit and FB and Youtube having the same issue. Just want other buyers to know they quit working after awhile, NT knows it, and I guess this is how they get you to but another one or buy parts from them. I also think they should notify you that there is software that needs to be updated and notify you that these typically only last for a certain amount of years. How do you dispose of a large broken treadmill?

It took three different repair operators over five visits to fix the treadmill that stopped operating after our second use. Scheduling was difficult and lasted months after the purchase. It has been working well for the past three months but we were very disappointed with our initial experience.

I had a NordicTrack Commercial 2950 treadmill that was a complete piece of garbage. From day one, it had issues and the longest it continuously ran was thirteen months, just enough to take it out of warranty. The treadmill was only five years old and only worked for about three consecutive periods over three years of that time. I was very hesitant to try another NordicTrack treadmill.
I received an email with an incredible upgrade offer and with advice from other serious running friends, I decided to move forward with a new Commercial 2450 model. Overall, the purchase experience was very good. The sales team was very helpful getting me a great deal and the most for my money.
I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery, but the delivery company immediately reached out and I wasn't ready to take delivery. They scheduled deliveries multiple times when I wasn't available and I had to keep calling them to change the delivery window. This was the only negative part of the experience.
When I was finally able to take delivery, the team was fast and efficient with tearing down my old treadmill and installing and setting up the new treadmill. They were very careful in navigating up and downstairs, around corners, and out of the house. The process was fast, the team friendly, and the new treadmill was put together perfectly.
The new Commercial 2450 treadmill is really well built, sturdy, the interface works really well, and MUCH higher quality to my old model. I've had a lot of great runs on it already and am very impressed overall. Glad I took the chance and stuck with NordicTrack.
Awful customer service, specifically the sales department. Super rude and unhelpful, I had ordered a treadmill and immediately canceled my order because I did not want to go forward with this company knowing how bad the service is.

I spent more than $2K on the bike and another $400+ on the warranty. It has had problems the entire time I’ve owned it. Working with the warranty company is beyond difficult. I’m still waiting on my third repair but they keep asking for more videos and making everything more challenging. It took me 58 minutes on the last call I made just to get sent to another department where they demanded I start over with videos. The bike repair man said that it’s a complete lemon.

My old 2450 treadmill with IFIT really changed my overall health for the better..With a scale down move I was not able to bring it. I ordered the newest 2450 when I finally converted my current garage. Still love my IFIT and I also have the X24 bike and the rower. However this is the noisiest treadmill I’ve ever been on. Watched all of the solution to squeaking videos with no luck.
I worked with Mason Hansen on an IFIT membership renewal amd the process was simple and saved me money. What more could you want? I will say that the "sales pitch" and process could be a bit more official. I had to do a little research to confirm that it wasn't a scam solicitation. Maybe an email referring to a message though my IFIT account would've felt less sketchy. But no harm, no foul.
My new NordicTrack treadmill makes a consistent squeaking noise when I am on the treadmill and makes a really loud noise when changing the incline. The delivery folks dropped it. I cannot get anyone to come and fix it!!! They gave me one option, when I was out of town, and won’t follow through! It has been a full month and I can’t use it until it is fixed. So much for being “new”!

I love it so far! We purchased it in November just in time for a long, snowy winter. I am so glad we got our treadmill or I wouldn't have been able to run as much as I have. The treadmill works great, and I love the various workouts available on iFit. We had one issue with it being squeaky after we assembled it, but iFit helped us get a tech out right away and it is running smoothly now.
Old exercise equipment was not hauled away, which I paid for and was assured by sale’s representative would occur upon delivery of the new treadmill and bike. Also, did receive the purchased exercise mat in a timely manner. Customer rep was MIA when I voiced my concerns. New machines are
fine, but Terrible customer service tarnished the consumer experience. I would not buy from NordicTrack if I had to do it over again.
