My Nordic track commercial 1750 is a pretty solid machine although right off the first two months I’ve encountered up to three errors. The first one was the screen would change its volume. Some days it would be louder than others. Second issue I ran into was squeaking, or noise made when running on the deck that wasn’t incline or decking, which resulted in greasing the hinges that held the deck to the frame, and the last was a banging noise whenever the deck would raise or lower itself, according to the program, which was the result of a loose lock nut that had to be tightened. Overall, I feel this machine is great for home use as long as you are mechanically, inclined, and ready to deal with issues or else you may end up spending some money to have a repair man to come out frequently to tighten and lubricate your machine. Hopefully overtime I’ll experience less issues as I learn to maintain my machine.
I have been using a NordicTrack treadmill since Covid, and have been very happy with the platform and the support I have received over the past 5 years. Knowing that treadmills, by their very nature, are machines that require constant maintenance, I purchased the maintenance plan and am very glad that I did. I have maintenance performed annually, and the tech that has serviced and repaired the machine has been a miracle worker. He has replaced major and minor components, keeping me running without lengthy delays.
The iFit platform has been a great motivator for me. The trainers that I repeatedly run with are fascinating people, and I feel I am getting courses in exercise physiology, geology, biology, sociology, etc., with every run. The scenery of the locations keep the machine from being a "dreadmill," and iFit keeps adding interesting workouts in updating the software.
For me personally, having a reliable and enjoyable treadmill experience was critical to my recovering from open-heart surgery to replace a failing aortic valve. Because of the iFit platform and the NordicTrack treadmill, within a year of my surgery I was back to running at the same level as I was pre-surgery, an age-group podium finisher at local road races. I have recommended the NordicTrack platform to family and friends, and will continue to do so. This winter in the northeast has been brutal, but the training for my next half-marathon and, hopefully, marathon is on track, thanks to my treadmill from NordicTrack.
The NordicTrack X24 Bike has been an excellent exercise bike. Over the past four months it has been used frequently and the features have made it very enjoyable to use. The iFit subscription is not cheap, but I would consider it an essential component. I have enjoyed rides from around the world and have barely scratched the surface of the amount of ride series and workout programs available.
Customer service has been nothing but a nightmare! Customer service reps don't understand what I'm saying or what the problem with my machine is. They are very difficult to understand as well.
When I had to place a service order, they sent the wrong parts even though the correct ones were ordered. When I tried to reorder the correct parts, they sent the wrong ones a second time! I've had my machine for 3 months, and I have not been able to use it for 2 of those months due to slow and poor customer service.
When I went to put in a complaint about these issues, all that was said was they were very sorry and asked me if I wanted to pause my service. I paid thousands for this machine, and an extended warrenty and I'm unable to use it most of the winter season, which is when I primarily use it.
Update: The wrong part was sent a THIRD TIME! You're healt hearted apology means very little. They obviously have no intentions of fixing their poor customer service or making things right for a customer when it's taken 3 months to fix something.

The Nordic Track works great for us. My biggest issue is that you have to have a subscription to use the streaming apps on the machine. I feel like there should be different levels of membership for individuals that just want to use the streaming function but not the guided workouts.
Their supposedly high-end machine breaks every 7–8 months. We got the extended warranty, but NordicTrack contracts through UTS, which is a scam. They do not actually honor their policies as written, and our machine has spent as much time broken as working. Until iFit starts making machines that don't break, and as long as they are partnering with UTS, they should be considered a complete waste of money.
More context: I submitted an official complaint to the BBB. Per their official response: "The No Lemon Policy applies when three completed service repairs on the same component are followed by a subsequent failure of that component requiring a fourth repair during the coverage period. In other words, the policy is intended to address situations where a component is repaired, returned to service, and then fails again at a later time after the repair has been completed."
Ask them how many times a completed service repair has been performed on our controller, by them. If it has been more than four (it has), then their policy confirms the correct action is to replace the machine.
I noted specifically during a call with their employee, the company admitted that the controller had been replaced more than four times. At the time of the conversation, the machine was not working. The conversation ended with the employee stating a manager would get back to me. Later, I got the following email: "So I have spoke with my supervisor and they let me know that we do not replace machines that are working." The machine was not working at the time that email was sent, and was not working at the time I made my complaint to the BBB. The fact that it currently, at this precise moment, will turn on, does not change the fact that I requested replacement at an appropriate time and they did not take the appropriate action. Rather than honor my request, the company rushed a service repair so that they could claim they are doing due diligence. This was done after my BBB complaint, and before their response. That feels like gaming the system to me, and it not OK. I officially requested a replacement per their policy, and instead they sent another repair of a part that has been repaired more than four times. This is not an action in good faith. They cannot deny my request for replacement, then replace the controller for the seventh time, then state they are in the right.
I brought this up to another employee who told me the problem is we need to lubricate the machine every other week. This is not in the owner's manual, and I could not find on further research that this is a good practice under any circumstances. They won't provide me with the special lube, but conveniently they sell it. I requested to talk with a manager so that they could honor their policy. He said I had to submit a request to talk with a manager. I have submitted that request two times and a manager has yet to contact me. They know the controller has been replaced by them after the manufacturer warranty more than four times, and they are not being forthright with that information. Ask them to give an exact number of times, with dates, that the controller has been replaced by them. That's not even counting the times that they've replaced the motor. At no time has the treadmill functioned for a period of at least 12 months in a row without the controller and/or motor breaking. It is—by any practical definition and also their official definition that they just confirmed in writing—a lemon. I insist they honor their policy.
I am happy to communicate with anybody at the company about this (can contact at stephenstacey at gmail dot com), so long as they can help make sure the no lemon policy is honored and our faulty machine is replaced or refunded so we can buy something functional from a different company.

Well seeing how I have had it now for a month and still can’t get the parts in to fix since it came in broken. I would give it a negative 5 star review. Already have been talking with my pro team connects about how difficult this has been to get a working treadmill from you guys. Should have went with Woodway. Highly encourage no one to buy from Nordic Track after this embarrassing display by a company.

I Loved the bike while it worked. The screen went blank within a year and I have been waiting for it to be repaired for 3 months! I wish the bike was more reliable!

I called to order my treadmill directly through Nordictrac. I had great customer service. This is my third notdicttac treadmill my last one was 15 years old . I love my new one and wished I would have gotten a new one sooner

The NordicTrack treadmill was easy to purchase, simple to assemble, and arrived quickly. The machine itself works exactly as expected and feels like solid, good-quality equipment.
A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people who didn’t realize that if you want to stream Netflix, YouTube, or use the full interactive features, you need a subscription. That’s true—but you can absolutely use the treadmill without it. If you want the fully integrated experience, then yes, you’ll need to pay for the membership. For basic treadmill use, it works perfectly on its own. When I bought the treadmill with the representative he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. This isn't my first piece of equipment from NordicTrack, they have consistent products and I had a bike for 5 years and never had any issues.
NordicTrack outsourced their delivery and set up with Ryder. It took a very long time to receive my treadmill (a couple months?) bc Ryder rescheduled the delivery date to meet their needs (even though they had already received the treadmill).
Ryder customer service reps were very bad.
The delivery crew was very respectful and efficient in installing the treadmill.
There is a major disconnect between the NT sales department and the IFit customer service department. The IFit customer representative was extremely rude and inflexible. I explained to the rep that I purchased IFT pro for my family, and requested a refund for the single membership I had. She kept repeating that I was ineligible for a refund, despite trying to reason with her that I did not need two IFit memberships.
The sales person was definitely a bright spot in the entire transaction and explained the products thoroughly so I could make an informed selection.

Delivery and setup went well. The delivery crew was professional and did everything in a timely manner. They removed all packing debris and had the treadmill up and running in under an hour. They had to carry it down a steep set of stairs to our basement and they did it well. The treadmill itself is flawless and very smooth. Easy to operate and the iFit programs are motivating. Great experience from start to finish. I have a rower and a bike from NordicTrack as well and each delivery went well. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Initial Rep Ana refused to add the free month of Ifit I was entitled to. There was a long delay in bike delivery, so I was paying for a sub I couldnt use. She claimed she couldnt do anything and sent me to Ifit. They said they couldnt do anything and sent me back to Nordic Track.
In one last attempt to fix the situation. I called Nordic Track sales and explained about the delivery delay and that I never got the free month. The sales rep told me they couldnt do anything.
The rep added the month in a few seconds and saved the sale.
He should have gotten the commission.
5 stars for him. 1 for Ana.

We bought the NordicTrack 1750 and LOVE it. The best treadmill we have ever owned. The iFit membership is a must since that’s the whole experience! So many different adventures to go on and adding to my travel musts. I really enjoy it more than I ever imagined- functionally also nothing to complain about since the incline/ decline along with automatic speed adjustment for all the various workouts are seamless. It is truly a joy to use.
I replaced an older model with the Commercial X24 treadmill. I loved my previous model with some beefs. The new model has addressed every issue. The screen isn’t too close anymore and my feet don’t hit the front frame. The cup holders are better located. The things that I have always liked remain. The cushioning is nicer than any other treadmill I’ve used. I also have a Nordic Track rower and bike. I use all three regularly and I love iFIT. It’s been a game changer for indoor workouts. I have run, hiked, and cycled all over the world with wonderful trainers. I have discovered places that I plan to visit because of these workouts and I’ve reproduced things I have already done, like climbing Kilimanjaro and hiking the Grand Canyon. The few times I have had a software glitch with a screen freeze were corrected with a reboot and have been rare and not a major issue. These devices are a huge part of my daily life and give me joy. What more can I say?
This is my 3rd Nordic Trak treadmill. We had to leave our old ones because we moved. They keep getting more complicated! I just want to know how far I walk, how fast I go and how many calories I burn. Also, the print on the screen is so small! THIS IS SO ANNOYING! I would never buy your brand again. There are a LOT of people who just want a SIMPLE TREADMILL!

I have had Nordic tracks for years never had a problem ordered my NordicTrack lease to say it took over a month to get here after I was told timing again and took off work three times to be here only to be a no-show and having to call and call then they wanted to deliver it on Christmas Eve promised they would be here at one. I was having a house full of people I called it was after one told me actually I got a text saying you’re our next stop will be there. It’s going on three now and nobody’s showing up so I called the lady. Got smart to meet with me. do I want my treadmill or not that they probably wouldn’t get there till eight or 9 o’clock I mean it’s Christmas Eve. I’m cooking. I’m having tons of people here and then we took off work again and they didn’t show up again. I’ve missed all this time from work and finally, they came made some excuses to why they couldn’t remove the other one that they said they would take half ass through my excuse my language treadmill together I had to call back again, cause it wasn’t working to get the right person that should’ve come from the beginning, set it up beautifully and there was not a problem. I am very, very upset about it and was discouraged on the way. The whole thing was handled, but I still love my NordicTrack. It does work right now, but as far as the handling of it was very, very disappointing.

We've only owned the treadmill for about a month but we are thoroughly satisfied. It does everything we expected it would. I have no doubt it will perform at a very high level for a very long time.
Overwhelmed upon my initial purchase of the NordicTrack Studio Bike NTEX71021! Easy installation, setup instructions were on point and the programs for me were perfect. I've never owned a product like this before so this was a first. I also enjoyed the one year IFIT Coach and the program selections 1 year subscription. However I'd like to point out even though this is all great, it's not necessary for me and when the subscription ends, you are either forced to renew or get "no service" at all. I'm not one to want anything for free and it's not an overly expensive product but I believe the basic service should provide at least use of the track screen, work out time, calorie burn, repetitions and the consistent use of the "fan". Basic cheap systems at least provide these options and as stated this isn't the most expensive but it is $500+. The system after the first year in defense provide these basic functions for approximately another 3 years but that also ends. If you do not renew you are left with a frame that peddles. I have other gym equipment but I believe this product as time has past has become my biggest disappointment. In hindsight I would not have ever purchased it. Just my opinion.....
