Nordivac Se 

I got the vacumm quickly and all was good until it didn't work any longer after 8month and I had to claim it - no response after they realised they had to refund me (several mails later). Nordvac simply stopped existing and Nordivac are not responding after 3rd mail

This is the worst vacuum cleaner ever. That is because the purpose of a vacuum cleaner is to vacuum but Nordivac does not do that. It looks nice and it’s easy to hold but it do not have power to vacuum anything not even hair, dust any small particles actually nothing. So if you want to throw money away buy this otherwise any vacuum cleaner would be better.

Awful! Scam company. They refused my requests for return even though they are legally required to accept returns within 14 days. I emailed their customer service and used their contact form on their website. They would reply to me but not give me return instructions. They would just ask me why I was unhappy- ie they were just delaying and avoiding my request for return.

Before that they also refused to cancel my order before it was even shipped, even though I emailed them right after I made the order.

The vacuum cleaner broke within 5 days.

And customer service has been horrendous to deal with, i have emailed with them for 3 months about getting to return the vacuum cleaner and getting my money back but it is like talking to a chat bot.

They just keep asking me to send videos of the broken vacuum cleaner and I have sent severable of them.

Don't buy anything from this company ever. It is like burning money.

Just bought the vacuum cleaner and because I didn't like it the day I got it I send a mail asking how to return it and they just keep asking what is the problem and stalling and basically denying my right to return it. According to their return policy the client can return it within the 14 days after the purchase, no questions asked (assumedly). I am requesting to do so and they are basically ignoring it...
I hope I can still recover my money back! 😬 I will keep the forum update... Hope to be wrong about the Company!

Nothing wrong with the vaccum cleaner we got, but still is really a scam.
Nordvac just order a chinese vacuumcleaner put it in a new box and charge you double.
It took 2 months to get it and of course no possibility to return it.
Be aware of this company has different names.

I read about the reviews here after ordering, wanted to return the product but they write back that this need to be shipped to China and I would have to pay several extra costs for this. They never informed about any returning cost in beforehand either.
I have not unpacked it, I just want to send it back and get the money back, but i do not trust them to get the money back if i return. I will get legal advice how to proceed.

Don’t buy anything from this „company“.
I placed my order and realized too late that the whole page seemed to scream “fraud!”. Spelling mistakes, no information/address about the company at all.
Was really surprised when I indeed received a package (senders address on the package was Germany) with the vacuum cleaner.
Didn’t unpack it (only the brush which was poor quality/cheap plastic) because I already knew that I wanted to return it after reading all the other horrible reviews.

I contacted Nordivac per mail as requested by them with my wish to return the product.
They then answered that I would need to return the package to China (?!) as I would not be allowed to return it to the German address given on the package.
They also wrote that I would need to pay the whole costs (shipping to china, customs clearance fee and import country tax) by myself.
They then “offered”:
“how about we offer a 5% discount on your order so you can keep it?”

No thank you. I wrote an official withdrawal of order to them per mail (would have wanted to send it in written form, but - where to ? There isn’t any address information about the company at all)
and waiting for their reply now.
