The pain in my back kept me awake for months, but after using Redrevive, I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain. The product really works, and I feel much more rested. Plus, I got a discount, and their customer service was excellent when I needed help with my order.

I tried Redrevive after a friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I did. It’s helped reduce the stiffness in my legs and my pain has lessened. I also received a nice discount, and the delivery was quick. Their customer service was also very helpful when I had questions.

I don’t know if it’s psychosomatic or not but from daily use of 2 x 10 minutes I went from walking down stairs 1 leg at a time to using both legs. After 6 months of use I’m still in pain but it’s extremely manageable without needing painkillers. I take glucosamine & cod liver oil tablets daily too.
I would definitely recommend this product

The support staff was very helpful and supportive.
Unfortunately they could not deliver to Sweden. They have tried to create alternative solutions, but so far I think it seems to be a little too complicated. So I will wait until Sweden is on the list of shipping countries.

I ordered Nov 11th and paid with credit card. I have been told the order has been shipped and they provided a "tracking chart". It's been on Jan 9th and I have never received this item. I've asked several times for a refund and no reply. I believe this company is a scam.

What a nightmare dealing with this company. Their customer service line never picks up. On hold then after 15-20 mins, it cuts you off and says it will return your call…it doesn’t!!
Send in an issue through their website m they don’t respond
Issue is that twice was sent the wrong tracking number, and the one that should work now says unable to deliver at that address…nonsense, it is US Post office where I get deliveries everyday except Sunday.
I want a refund and order to be canceled as this is the worst customer experience ever from any company.

After finally getting response and me asking for full refund and after 3 additional emails offering me additional discounts I finally got complete refund

As UK shopper I would expect a return address would be also within the UK.
This feels like scam if you want to return but the return costs exceed the actual item costs which is ridiculous.
Rather than accepting my wish to return and refund me fully I keep receiving emails about discounts if I keep the item. However, what is the purpose of keeping an item if I don't have any use for it?
I just want my money back and possible UK return procedure.

I bought the kneecap protectors. They are great. They fit exactly and the material is very skin friendly. Washing the items was ok, no degradation at all. It protects the knees when I work out fine. That's what I bought it for. I reordered additional ones for family members.

After a week I can already feel the benefit. Pain has lessened considerably after use.. Equally important is the excellent way in which the company dealt with a problem over a refund due - promptly and combined with a generous gesture to compensate for an error on their part.

Item did not work for me. I asked for a refund. I got a complimentary gift. I've given up. Not a very good experience of on-line shopping.
Norelie have given me a partial refund and I have given the items to a District Nurse who can offer them to someone who benefit. I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.
