I recently had an unfortunate experience of contacting this company to ask for their help in resolving power cut in our house. The interaction began with an SMS from the electrician, requesting my address. The catch was, they mentioned it was an emergency case and directed me to their website for a price list. Not suspecting anything, I didn't check the prices, assuming it might mean a slightly higher fee. Big mistake!

In a nutshell, the electrician arrived, spent a mere 15 minutes resetting our fuse box and disconnecting our water pump, and then left. A few days later, I received an invoice that left me in disbelief – a staggering 4,712.50 DKK!

The worst part? When I tried to reach out to discuss these outrageous fees, they conveniently ignored my calls and emails. It seems they have a legal advantage, as they can claim they mentioned it was an emergency in the SMS. However, it would have been far more fair and informative to specify that the term "emergency" meant an automatic charge of around 2500 DKK, regardless of the actual work done, and a minimum 2-hour charge at 1280 DKK, irrespective of the time spent.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you find yourself with no other option but to use their services, be sure to demand a clear explanation of the expected fees before proceeding with any work. This way, you won't fall into the same trap that I did. Beware and stay cautious!

Our el water heater stopped working right in the winter season and I had to call an electrician urgently. I googled it and Without preference, I called Norh Enterprise during business hours and a person came in half an hour, - unfortunately without making me aware that this would be a guard call (even though I specifically asked about charges in my message), which would cost many times more than a regular visit.

A friendly electrician was at the address just after 15:00 and figured out the el-water heater could be expired but without going into details, he said power to this should be 230v instead of 400v and he changed it to 230v in 10 minutes. But later he realized the heater worked with 400v as well. But he said once the plumber fixes the issues, he should be able to convert it back as according to him 400v was illegal on that el switch.

After he was finished, I asked about price and he said nothing to pay now and he did not tell me how much it could be (it was my first experience calling an electrician in urgency.)

A couple of days ago, the invoice dropped into the mailbox - price DKK 6,397 !! The 20 minutes of working is invoiced as 2 hours, to which are added driving (30 KM) and shift calls. !!!! I AM IN SHOCK.

In reality, the electrician did not do anything other than convert the voltage when I asked him to change it back. He said that is illegal even though I said this should not be your concern. Change it back as it was previously. But he wants to do it as a new service. How pathetic!!!! Even though he was a nice guy but the company just cheated and earned unfair money for doing nothing!!

So before you request a service, please make sure the charges before you are slaughtered ! I will never recommend this company!
