Purchased via ADP Pay by Pay…
We purchased insurance through an ADP Pay by Pay system. Normandy could not get the billing and payments straight with ADP, the latter of whom collected and remitted payments on our business’ behalf based on actual payrolls. Cancelled us and then reinstated us twice, putting us at risk because of their clerical system issues. Not good.
