Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue and they offered to resolve even though it was just out of warranty. They made it really easy and i was very impressed would definitely shop with 100% confidence.

Great customer service

I ordered 2 rings and they didn’t fit (my mistake). I was trying to exchange them but my mother passed away and I had to travel so I just said I would return them because I didn’t have the time to check sizes. They were very patient with me and gave me the time I needed after returning home. I finally got the correct sizes and was very happy. I will be ordering from them again!

Great Customer Service

I bought a gold ring and I can say the quality of it is good, but so the quality of service is.
We encountered some complications with exchange and during shipping but I was guided all the time until I got correct item. Really helpful and kind people work there, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable, I will be shopping for another ones from them in the future for sure.
Highly recommend!

Great service and quality!

I ordered a diamond bracelet from Normjewels - After a few days, my order still hadn’t been shipped, and i contacted their customer service.
Instantly i was informed that the bracelet was under production, i was offered a discount and my order was shipped as express delivery.
I recieved my order shortly after, the bracelet is absolutely stunning and I am very happy with the service i experienced!

Fast responses, great customer service and beautiful products

I ordered my wedding ring from Norm Jewels and was gutted when a few months after wearing it one of the jewels fell out and I lost it. I emailed Norm and they offered to replace my ring no questions asked. They sent out a prepaid label and once I posted my ring back they immediately sent out a replacement. 10/10 customer service and the ring is absolutely stunning. I adore it so much 💓

5 Star Customer Service

Norm Jewel's support team is, without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Lily and Nira are true superstars! I had to deal with a returned item and a lost shipment, and they made the entire process stress-free. Their jewelry is beautiful, but their customer service exceeded my expectations!

My review goes to Lily on of the team.

My experience with Norm Jewels right now is wonderful, especially with my wonderful helper and my Communication with LILY. After one year of a ring purchase (which I am very happy right now). But she is the reason why if I want to buy something from the shop , I ale double check with her and her help is 100%accuracy on my behalf. I am looking to purchase two wonderful pieces tomorrow, thanks to Lily . She makes me buying ❤️

Won’t give my money back

I ordered a ring on January 8th, and it didn’t arrive until January 25th—despite the company promising a 3–7 day delivery window. After wearing it for just a day, the diamond fell out. I contacted them, and they assured me they would send a replacement.

When the replacement arrived, it was the wrong ring entirely. At that point, I was done with the back and forth and just wanted a refund. I returned the ring on February 9th, and they received it on February 11th. It has now been nine days, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I followed up, they claimed it had been issued, but after speaking with my bank, I confirmed that no refund was ever processed.

This company is completely unreliable—don’t waste your money.

Do not shop here!

Would never shop here again or recommend anyone to.

Ordered a ring in the right size, it came and was absolutely tiny. Ordered another ring a larger size and was again the wrong size.

Returned them together with tracking and the refund policy said I would be issued a refund within 7 business days. They were received 3 weeks ago and I just had my refund today.
That was after multiple phone calls to “customer service” who just answer the phone with a Hello? - very unprofessional.
They told me each time the refund had been issued and it was with my bank - my bank had no record of this so it ended up as a dispute case against the company.

I’ve had no apology or any explanation why the refund wasn’t given within the specified time and thinking for weeks that I wasn’t going to get £350 back was stressful.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the rings as well, not as high quality as they look in the photos.

Shocking Experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Awful experience
This is a totally fake company obviously they're made in China NOT London.
I received my order today after 18 Days not 3-6 Days as advertised and unfortunately they've ruined valentine's day,I'm so so sad and upset ,send me wrong size I have checked the size with one of the local jewellers.
After several emails asking when my order will be delivered they have email me on the 10 Feb that Unfortunately, your order did not pass our quality control stage, and we have had to reproduce the items.
I wonder to know if they have a quality control audit or qualified techician as these are completely out of shape the gold rings are defective snagged and bent the stones are not secure and are comming off.
This is clearly dodgy company order cheap china items over priced.
After request to send me return label and issue a refund they fail to respond.
When I email them again and informed that I will take the case to trading standards, they offer a return pre paid label to return the item for a refund.
This is an absolutely shocking experience.

Was promised that it would arrive…

Was promised that it would arrive before Valentines Day which it did not, but Emma the CSR, helped me out by providing me a partial refund and future discount.

This is some of the best customer service I have recieved in this kind of situation. Will 100% be shopping here again
