Happy with our ‘new’ coach

I bought a sofa cover for my sofa Landskrona 3-sits in Corduroy #8 they had in Outlet. I am so so happy with it. Since it was already produced it took little time to be delivered.
My living room is so bright and nice too and my sofa is protected from my little kitties' claws while having a perfect look. :)

Corduroy covers Klippan
I ordered the corduroy covers for Klippan. I was a little anxious how they would turn out, because I never ordered before and it was not perse cheap. The company kept me well informed. Very nice. When they arrived I could not be happier. Great colours (I did order the samples first), great fabric, great fit. My sofas are like new. Better than new. I would order again!

Great off white velvet !

Ordered covers for Ikea Ektorp 2 seater. Surprised to receive a Very damaged box with post marks from China. Cover received was very bad fit. Loose in places and very tight in others. Several clear photos sent. Needed to return but they wanted to charge me 70 € for the privilege. Had to open dispute with Paypal. Norsemaison eventually agreed to refund 100%. Covers returned. Refund received but they have charged me for return postage despite me showing them proof they promised full refund of 275€. They have proved consistently very difficult to deal with , told untruths including promising a full refund. They obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction. Most frustrating experience.Only sorry I had to give you one star!

From a customer satisfaction standpoint, we decided to offer you a full refund because the sofa cover did not fit to your liking. Regarding the shipping process, we use DPD for deliveries, and although packages can sometimes be handled roughly, we take great care to pack our goods securely. In this case, the sofa covers were well packed and undamaged upon arrival.
We rarely encounter disputes on PayPal and strive to resolve issues directly with our customers. Our policy clearly states that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In this instance, you were upset about the return shipping cost that you found for around €50 from France to our warehouse. To assist, we provided an alternative return address that might have been a cheaper shipping option for you. When that was still not to your liking, we offered a DPD return label at a cost of €16, a significant reduction from the initial estimate of €50. We communicated this arrangement both via email and through the PayPal dispute process, which is a common practice.
Despite our efforts to accommodate your needs within our policies, we understand you are disappointed. We issued a full refund minus the €16 return shipping cost, in accordance with our terms and conditions. We communicated through PayPal and email that it was a full refund MINUS €16 shipping. We believe we acted fairly and went beyond our usual policy to provide a more affordable return option.
We value our customers and are committed to maintaining high standards of service, as reflected in our positive reviews on this platform and Google. We are sorry that you feel differently and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve.
