Unfortunately Panelbase is changing to a company called Norsatpanel and you get paid in points and not cash so it is extremely confusing. I've been with Panelbase for years and to make such a big change like this is terrible news. I'm not sure how long I will last on this new system. It's one star from me!

They've been great in the past, now they've been taken over I have no data from which to make any evaluation, hopefully everything will continue seamlessly.

There is no Panelbase now, i was transferred to Norstatpanel who have taken over Panelbase, which I believe is being run down, I am not getting surveys from them, just a few at the beginning, they have money that was transferred, but I cannot access it.
Panelbase have done the dirty on past members

panelbase is one of the leading and fast-growing research and data collection communities. Generally speaking, I have had a positive overall experience on this platform until my recent withdrawal which I placed on the 25th of October and is yet to drop even though three working days have already passed apart from this recent experience panel base is reliable and authentic.

I have always enjoyed doing the surveys, but unfortunately the rewards are ridiculous. No-one should be asked to spend time on giving their opinion and be rewarded in pence. The surveys should carry a reward minimum of £1 as these companies make millions in profit.

Great to be invited to surveys to give an honest opinion. They offer a variety of subjects. The rewards are amazing.

Don't bother with Panelbase.

You'll get a good volume of surveys to start with (2-3 a day) to lure you in, but within a week it will drop off to next to nothing.

Then there is the quality of the experience, I've clicked on surveys within minutes of the invite being issued, only to be immediately screened out because the "quota is full". I've been invited to participate in surveys that are already closed. You raise tickets, and you'll get a standard reply saying it's being looked into, but there's never any follow-up.

But worst of all, more than 50% of the surveys you actually get into are straight up scams. They will have you answer questions for 5-10 minutes, gather detailed information on products, purchases, you're views, and then you'll be screen out as "do not qualify". They gather your answers then pretend you're not eligible for the reward.

Stupid site at the first survey they blocked me because they don't like my answers... Requested cancellation immediately

Good survey site, seem fair, interesting surveys, easy to complete, fair rewards... can take a little while to build up rewards but definitely worth it!

The questionnaires are usually interesting and the rewards are fair and, what's more, I enjoy claiming and spending them.

Absolute joke survey site, like many others I have had the same problems, being screened out of numerous surveys, not getting paid for ones I have completed. No point in contacting them, even though on many of the posts on here, they state to contact them, and 'we would like to help'. They DO not help, and you will not get paid for these, so don't waste your time, contacting them!

It's a scam. I've completed 3 surveys, and each time they give a "you've been screened out of this survey" and don't pay. This is after the survey has been completed, or after a lot of information has been provided and time spent on it.

Don't waste your time. Prolific pays more, and is actually trustworthy.

Always a pleasure to use this survey site, payments are always payed quickly and I am very happy.

Signed up and did some fairly long surveys with lots of questions, only to be told right at the end that I didn't qualify. Basically did the surveys for free, so be warned.

It's Ok but there are better survey sites out there. Biggest frustration is answering questions for say 5 minutes (for a 20 minute survey) and then getting screened out after they have obtained a lot of data for free.....unacceptable. I had this experience this am but it is sadly quite common

** Update ** not getting any better. The screening process is an absolute shambles. The latest was asking 6-7 questions before getting to the 1 that would rule out the vast majority of users....."in your job do you work with people who have XXX medical condition". This clearly should have been the very first question.....all this for a potential "reward" of £0.65 !!
