It’s a real pleasure to provide a review for Cliff & his colleague at Devonshire pest control.. clear concise information re process /costs were provided upfront thus avoiding any misunderstanding which was essential as the property comprises 12 flats/owners all of whom needed to be kept involved & updated re visits, treatments & action required.. Cliff is true professional, very knowledgeable, has an abundance of patience which was vital when dealing with differing opinions of resident's , he was meticulous in his approach to swiftly & successfully eradicating our unwanted visitors with minimum disruption to flat owners . Cliffs last visit was the 5th April & Im pleased to say we have not heard or observed any further unwelcome activity .. Thank you Cliff

If you need professional pest control, these are your guys!
From the initial call, I was put at ease with Cliff and team, the lady on the phone was informative and said i would have a call shortly. She was able to explain the process that would need to happen and they have clear pricing upfront so you know exactly what you need to pay, NO hidden costs like other companies. This was very refreshing!
Within half hour Cliff called me and was 20 minutes away (perfect! This is a holiday home and has guests arriving that day). Upon arrival Cliff was polite and friendly, he really had a good look around in the lofts and located evidence of our little and some much larger guests, and quickly got to work in baiting the areas. He is very knowledgeable and knew his stuff!
Cliff has been back twice to check on the bait and each time given me updates and next steps. We even found a dropping and he came the same day to try locate our guest! He has been on hand through text throughout the process, so no long wait times for email replies!
This company is truly amazing and really setting the bar high for competition. Without a doubt, I would recommend Cliff and the team to anyone in need of pest control.

Mouse problem
Cliff was punctual and professional from the start. He thoroughly investigated the kitchen, loft, garage and outside of house to find nice entry points and main activity areas. Advice given to solve access areas and a variety of bait boxes etc put down. All explained as he went along with his work.
On his return visits he was equally efficient and knowledgeable and after following his advice we have had no further issues with mice.
