James was patient and didn't push me when I had lots of other things needing my full attention and we not only got there in the end he managed to get a good reduction as we weren't down as a charity and therefore not receiving charity rates. Very impressed indeed. It was all done quickly and on line.

Service from James was excellent. Honest and not pushy. Enjoy working with them.

James was incredibly prompt in responding to queries and swiftly took our quote to the new contract.

I was bombarded with phone calls and emails from companies wanting to quote for gas and found it confusing looking through all the quotes to compare prices. Adam Turner was very helpful, not at all pushy and it gave me peace of mind to know that he will be there to assist with any queries throughout the length of the contract.
