James B has been super helpful. He's done all the leg work for me and made us some really substantial savings. Answered a few of my questions with no bother and it was all done quickly with no hanging about on hold or taking forever going over the same things. 10/10 James should get a pay rise =)

We are reliant on guidance and advice from experts to help us through the minefield of getting the best deal for electricity supplier going forward. We we are extremely grateful to James Blagg from Northern Utilities who made the experience of setting up a contract for future electricity supply easy - he explained everything clearly and didn't hassle us to make any quick decisions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Our company has recently used Northern Utility Solutions to secure a new gas contract for the business, Adam Turner has helped us to secure a really good deal for the next 3 years. We also had problems with an old meter in the building which we were being charged a standing rate for and Adam took charge of this for us and has helped us to get this removed and the charges stopped. Adam was really helpful and informative along the way, nothing has been a problem for him to help us sort.

I have used this service for the last 2 years, i just contact James and he does the rest for me, i have no concerns he gets the best for us and is friendly and supportive through of it. Highley recommend.

Florence Park Community Centre in Oxford is a small charity providing a big service. We are dependent for every penny on fund raising. James Blagg got in touch in September 2023. He quickly identified that we had been paying 20% VAT on utilities instead of 5% as a charity. So far his diligence has resulted in refunds totaling over 3.8k. Full marks from Florence Park and we'll be happy for James to shop around for the best deals for us as our utility contracts expire.

Adam Turner helped us make a significant saving on our Retail Fee for water. He was patient and professional throughout, and achieved the best result for us by some margin when compared to other brokers.

James Blagg blagged our care home the best business electric contract in the current difficult climate. We used around five different energy brokers/consultants and Northern Utility Solutions gave the best quote. If you have time on your hands shop around with other consultants or go direct to energy firms. If it seems tedious and a long process then I would approach NUS for a good, honest quote.
