Good products and nicely presented on the website. Now waiting for my items to arrive by post so I can pack them in my suitcase for an upcoming overseas trip and not have to worry about ironing.

Do not order anything unless you live in Italy. Two cotton-linen monochrome sets I ordered were well made and great quality, but too big. North required me to send pictures of the items to prove they were pristine. All the while I was communicating with Anna, a well-spoken bot who always replied within 24 hours. After winning return approval, I learned I HAD TO SHIP THEM TO ITALY at great cost.

A couple of months later, the package returned, unceremoniously dumped on my front sidewalk.

North "fixed" this by refunding me about 70 per cent of the purchase price. It let me keep the clothing. I hope to recoup more money by selling it on Poshmark. Look for them Carolyn B @madgiewallace after August 15!

I have written a preliminary review already. Am waiting for my order - fingers crossed the size will be correct.
Some other reviews are a bit worrying regarding returns.

I found it relatively easy to place my order only given 4 stars for now until I receive my order .!!

Easy to use, and just what I wanted

Not worth the price. Temu sells better!
The pictures are false…pockets shown are not included.
Material inferior quality. Cheap, crinkled and random sizing.
Return policy impossible to navigate and customer must pay. Hence they deny any responsibility. Do not be duped. These are a waste of money.

It was an easy site to navigate and I found what I was looking for easily.

I did not know where the clothes were coming from. I did not like that they came from China. I like to see more US made clothes. They fit good and I like them.

It is easy to browse through .I have already bought some items and I am really pleased with the designs and the quality.

Need better full back and front pics
Better understanding top of the bottoms
Leg length would also be helpful since I'm 5ft tall.

Ordering seemed fairly easy. Just hope the goods live up to expectation.

I have yet to receive my order but have had constant e.mails about my experience which is very frustrating
I have already completed several surveys. If the products are as good as they look i will certainly order other things.

Really frustrated. Clothes don't look like what it looks on website. When tried to return it will cost 20 pounds to return and 57 customs duty. Wrote to the company they reply back saying its customers responsibility. When purchasing they never said that company is based in Italy or anything about customs duty.NEVER going to buy from website .

I bought an item of clothing from this site but when it arrived it didn’t look like the picture.
Then I tried to send it back OMG what a per lava.
I had to send it to Italy and it cost £15 postage.
Then it was returned to me so £15 wasted as well as the price of the outfit and delivery.
I was then promised a 70% refund
2 months and 35 emails later still no refund.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this before and I would definitely NEVER buy from this site again.
Definitely a scam

ONLY PROBLEMS - 6 MONTHS TO RESOLVE.
Poor quality, random sizing, excruciating customer service, AI written designed to prevaricate until customer rights lapse.

Material thin like a rag can't get address to send item back Not bothering Was sposed to be linen would have ordered more so its their loss 36pnd 30pence was my loss please do not order from them
