Hoping goods will arrive a week from ordering.

The sizing is all over the place, top fit was ok, the pants were way to small, I could send them back at my expense and get a voucher for an exchange. Or a discount for a new order if I don't return the order. I can't wear what I ordered. bigger size still wouldn't work.

This a company which delivers EXACTLY what is says, sizes, fabrics, fit and looks.

The quality of the dress is terrible, and the refund policy doesn't contribute to a good customer experience. The customer shouldn't have to pay for shipping. No company refunds a percentage of the product price; they refund 100%. The customer service, tracking, quality, and refund policies are awful. I don't recommend buying from this website or company. Their policies are completely dishonest.They show up nice dresses under Canadian brand name and why the refund goes back to Asia under customer responsibility

I ordered a 2-piece outfit and a blouse. I wear a size 10 and I carefully reviewed the sizing guide for the U.S. where I live. This indicated I needed a large which seemed odd since I could also wear a small top. I thought about this quite a bit and know that manufacturer's sizing can be different than others. So I ordered the large. Boy, the blouse was absolutely huge on me. The end of the cuffs almost came to my fingertips. The top for the 2-piece was also too big. I bought this in the U.S. and to return it I have to send it back to Italy!! Communication between customer service was good but not all information was provided to mail back to Italy. BEWARE OF SIZING!!!

Items didn’t fit/suit, returned to Italy! Followed all instructions, package refused & returned. Customer service now radio silent. Do not recommend

This is the first time I have ordered from North Fashion. I have yet to receive my order but nonetheless this experience has been amazing. I am anxiously awaiting my order. After I submitted the order, I realized I wanted to change the color. I emailed and immediately received a response indicating they would do their best to make the change. Next day the change was confirmed. Excellent Customer Service. I am sure my order will also measure up to the customer service I received.

I am in Northern California. Order came from a Southern California address, and came quickly. Unfortunately upon trying on the two pieces, it ran very large, so I needed to return it.
I followed the instructions online for the return, but since there was no invoice with the order, the order # on the shipping label was not accepted by the site. I emailed immediately ( within 12 hours of receiving the order), but since it seems the main office is in the UK, I did not hear back for a while. ( check the listed phone #).
When I did get instructions how to send it back I was given an incomplete address out of the US, ( no country indicated) and the USPS would not take it. They also told me, if I were to send it back it would cost me ~$40.00, with insurance, and they could not guarantee that the package would arrive within the 14 Day “no risk “ timeframe the website offers.
I finally got a full address today, but it is in Italy.
I really looked at the inside of the pieces, and they are not well made!
I will definitely not be ordering anything from this company again.

I ordered 2 items both $53 . each..One item was completely not what I ordered. They want me to pay for the return shipping for an item I did not order. Doing that would cost me double the price of the item..Canadians stay away from this store, it is not even a store..and they do not care about it's reputation. They are fraudulent as well . As nowhere did they make you aware that we were to pay in US funds , until they sent you the invoice in US funds. STAY AWAY

Easy to navigate site. Beautiful photos with good angles on the clothing

THIS IS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. CLOTHES ARRIVED LATE. WERE NOT WELL MADE. THE RETURN PROCESS IS COMPLICATED AND INVOLVES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WHICH IS MORE THAN THE CLOTHES ARE WORTH. YHEN THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The ordering process was good. I have to wait for the products to ship and look at them. The pictures show a good product but I have yet to see them.

Reasonably easy process. I’ll know more when the item eventually arrives.

Had a small issue with delivery but was acted on and resolved immediately. Great friendly customer service.

So far I have ordered a number of items. If they arrive, fit and are of the fabric described, I will be satisfied. We will wait and see. The ordering process was smooth.

It is easy to place an order. I like the prices they’re reasonable that’s why I keep coming back. The materials are great & they’re true to size.
