I purchased a lovely ladies Patek Calatrava for my partner from north jewellers. I bought it without seeing it first and it was in amazing condition as described. Delivery service and communication were first class. Unfortunately it began to run slowly i contacted NJ and they responded immediately, they picked up the watch the next day in person, carried out a service and personally returned it back to me within 10 days. (I live 2 hours away from them !) honestly their service was exemplary and I would definitely recommend them. I look forward to purchasing another watch from them in the near future.
