My tutor was patient, always on time and is always motivating me to do better. I was scared to drive and had a phobia of large vehicles. He reassured me to maintain confident, find tactics to distract me from spiralling out of control and gave me the confident to pass my driving test without mistakes. I started my driving lessons with Dom with absolutely 0 experience and knowledge in driving a manual car. Through Dom’s persistence, I was able to quickly learn the ABC’s of driving which has resulted in me passing my driving test. Not only does he teach you how to be a good driver, he also teaches you about important rules for life such as being on time (he is never late and always arrives with time in hands for lessons) and respecting everyone despite age or gender- plus he has great stories to share which are very funny to listen to and makes you feel at ease when driving- like driving with friend or family member. I would strongly recommend Dom’s driving school if you want to learn to drive

Great instructor! Highly recommended! Dom is a great person and pays attention to every detail, never missed anything and makes sure you're 100% ready before your test. Every lesson is a lot of fun, always fu of laughter which makes is a great environment to learn.

What can i say he knows what hes talking about i tell you that, never sugar coats anything says it as it is and never lies

I started with him in January 2020 the start of we know what and i just passed the 21st july 2021 due to only being able to have two tests in that time and ive learnt a lot since then, he's taught me some tricks which will stick with me for life, we’ve had laughs all throw out an i am happy i was put with him.

I started driving lessons back with Dom in December and can’t believe how far he’s helped me come with my driving even going through a lockdown!

We were both really eager to start again after lockdown knowing we had only 7 weeks to get me test ready. Dom helped me feel at ease that we had enough time to get there. He teaches you everything you need to know about driving in a way that’s really suited to you so that it sticks in your mind! He gave me tips on how to handle things I was nervous about, figured out where my weaknesses were and encouraged and advised me so I was able to get through them and be road ready. If you follow his advice and put it into practise you will get there!

Thank you to Dom for being patient and persistent with me and helping me to get that pass! Going to miss the early mornings and the great stories. Thanks again Dom!! 😊

I want to express my gratitude for filling me with great driving skills and confidence without which I might not have been able to pass my driving test. Dom was my third instructor and by far the best one.
He was to the point and very precise and most importantly, he had a knack for explaining things simply and efficiently which helped me breeze through my learning.

Dom was a fantastic instructor and his experience was obvious to see, he was able to prepare me for every eventuality that I might encounter on my test. Dom constantly set high expectations throughout all my lessons which really helped me to be test ready and feel confident going into my test. All of his experience and effective instruction was more than enough to allow me to pass my test first time. Couldn’t recommend more!

Dom is an extremely helpful instructor, breaking down any errors to ensure that they do not happen again where driving starts to feel natural. I would highly recommend choosing Dom if you are interested in learning to Drive, as he had helped me to pass my test first try after the long break from the Lockdown. He is extremely experienced where if you follow his advice, then you are sure to succeed.

Dom is a great instructor. His instruction is friendly and informative and he made me feel at ease straight away. I was quite a nervous driver at the beginning, but Dom always gave constructive criticism, let me take my time and I now drive with confidence and I really enjoy the freedom it gives me.

I have known Northlondondrivingschool's owner, Dom, for several years and he has truly been a lifesaver.

I first used his services when I needed a driving instructor for our Au Pair from Italy who needed to polish and improve her driving skills because she would be driving my children to school. It was a smart and wise decision because he had the Au Pair driving safely, confidently and sensibly on London roads after a few sessions.

I run MomOnWheels and I'm always vetting the driving capability of the potential carers. I requested Dom's help on several occasions to vet the driving ability of the carers and he did a first-rate job, gently but firmly guiding them to be cautious but responsible drivers.

Dom has brilliantly trained both my employees and all THREE of the AuPairs we have had over the years and they have gone on to be the most cautious, sensible, safety-conscious and responsible drivers. He is very patient, firm, and ensures the learners are aware of the rules of driving within London, inside the city, suburb, and on the motorways. He ensures they are responsible and cautious and anticipatory drivers who think calmly about how they are driving and how other motorists are driving, so they are able to anticipate moves and respond appropriately.

The company's honesty, incredibly affordable rates, thoroughness in all they do, is what keeps me coming back again and again and I hope I will be able to enrol my son in Dom's trustworthy skills, knowledge and expertise when it is time for my son to start learning to drive.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dom many years ago. He taught me to drive.
I found him to be very knowledgeable and always felt at ease in his company, he always calmed my nerves with his " down to earth" and "humorous" nature.
I passed first time with flying colours!!
He's such a lovely guy- always profesional and extremely patient at all times.

Finding an instructor to teach my very nervous son was proving difficult until I found Dom at the North London driving school. Dom’s relaxed and easy going professional attitude gave my son the confidence he needed not just to learn to drive but also pass first time.
