My order is #53293 I’ve ordered a coat they talking about some 3-5 delivery yet it’s been over 3 days and they ain’t even sent the parcel off but have the cheek to make a dpd order and not send it deal with this now please and thank you stop scamming your beloved customers should have read reviews do not buy

This company is a scam and should be removed immediately, all they do is make TikTok videos trying to persuade customers to buy their products but when you purchase an order they don’t actually give you the order they just take your money , how can you be this broke I hope they get sued

Actual dodgy company. With good videos to try make them look good and legit. Over a month and no shoes delivered. No updates or emails, until I messaged them 3/4 times then they replied to say experts are on the case with my delayed order. Tacky service

I ordered my shoes on the 9th of September 2025 and it’s 24th of September 2025 I have not received any of my shoes I tried contacting them no response whatsoever I am so livid because I initially bought the shoes for an event and now it has passed but still nothing shoes argg

I returned my parcel and I still haven’t received a refund

Very poor customer service. My son returned some shorts which the return was received on 27th June 2025 and over 2 months later he is still awaiting a refund. £40 is a lot of money to a 15 year old. I have sent various emails including tracking and proof of return received and had web chats. I would certainly not buy from this company again

My order is 52033 and it was a carsicko jersey and windbreaker shorts. It’s not even been shipped yet and no one is reply to me at all. Really regretting using this service.

P.S can i please get an update and if it won’t reach before tomorrow id like to receive a full refund by tomorrow as i bought these clothes for holiday which is on thursday.

My son returned a item to this company through there authorised return system they received the item over two weeks ago which we tracked to them no refund issued we have contacted multiple times through live chat,email and instagram all contact just ignored and still no refund issued £40 owed to him and he had to pay to return the item what an absolute joke of a company. Looking at there accounts on HMRC £40 is not a lot of money to them. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

They took over 8 days after ordering to even send me an email to simply say that my syna world skull cap order is still being processed just to cancel my order the day after. I had to pay 3 pounds in shipping which was not refunded to have nothing shipped anyway they are terrible,lazy and unorganised save your self the bother from ordering from these at all.

Clothing was great ,but customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Wanted to return item and requested a return ,took several days and email to finally get authorised, now waiting over a week to even get return acknowledged let alone refund . Will not use again.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Took 16 days just to receive a shipping email. They are glorified depop sellers who don’t actually have any items in stock, which they take 14 days to “source” while they scramble for versions of the item on Depop and Vinted to charge at extortionate prices. Not to mention the massive amounts they owe to creditors shown on Company House, which reflects on the poor business management this ‘company’ has. Keep clear.

I placed an order well over a week ago and no updates on my order. I ordered a Trapstar Irongate coat for just short of £200. I’ve made serval attempts to get in contact with them…NOTHING. Not good enough simply. Buy at your own risk.
