Terrible customer service!! Spend too much time on Tik Tok rather than e mailing customers!! Still no sign of tracksuit I ordered

I haven't received an order that I placed in November and I've had no response from the company even though I have emailed them 4 times. Please don't use them.

Item arrived on time however needed to return. Item not marked as delivered so couldn't access the returns portal. No telephone number. Tried online chat but nobody available and received a message that somebody would contact me via email. A few weeks on and after a further attempt at online chat and two emails still no response. Terrible customer service. Will not order from them again. I now have a product that isn't suitable and not returnable.

If i could give zero stars i would but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! To return you have to pay and send to a PO BOX they took a week to send the refund approval!! Shocking service and cannot contact/talk to anyone!!!

Ordered a tracksuit for my sons birthday, 2 months ago, was slow on being deleivered, then never received tracksuit top, nearly 2 months on still waiting for the top, crap communication and dont respond to emails!

I ordered a coat for £299 on the 25th November, didn't hear anything then got an email update to say they were busy. so orders were taking longer than usual. That was the 29th. Then another email arrived today 4th December to say they've cancelled my order because they don't have it in stock. So they have been sitting on my money for a fair amount of time and I've now got to wait 3-5 business days for it to come back and now have to try and source the coat from somewhere else. Knowing it won't be delivered in time for my son's 18th birthday.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered some trainers 2 weeks ago still no update on tracking. Numerous emails sent, social media messages and no reply. Only just read the reviews for this company and I’m absolutely devastated. I’ll be trying to go through my bank for a charge back and then reporting them for fraud. PLEASE DO NOT IRDER FEOM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam.

I’m actually rating them a 0. The service has been beyond appalling. I honestly wish I read the reviews before ordering my son’s coat now 2 weeks ago. Seems they’re regularly doing a disservice to customers. It’s feeling like I’ve been scammed no updates, no delivery, no response to emails and no customer care line. Just daylight theft !!!!

I ordered a pair of air force ones on Friday 14th November, I still haven’t had a shipping email that they’ve gone to DPD. I’ve then read these reviews and seen some negative things. I’m hoping my shoes arrive soon as Christmas is coming. I’ve sent two emails to ask for an update but have had no replies as of yet. Hoping things have a good turnaround soon.

AVOID!! Very disappointed tracksuit bottoms ordered for an excited teenager with his birthday money, too small returned tracked Royal Mail, they received them 03.11.25 no refund, sent numerous emails with no response, posted on social media no response, how do you get your child’s money back???

Absolutely awful customer service no reply’s at all! Ordered a birthday present over 2weeks ago and has still not arrived which of course means this present has not been given to the person! When contacting I am receiving absolutely nothing back! Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all!!!

The jacket was too small, I have sent sn email since for return but no response from your end, I will like to return it

What recourse do I have to get my refund from this company?

Awful delivery and terrible customer service. I ordered an item on August 13, 2025, and the first delivery attempt failed on August 18. Since then, I have contacted the company multiple times, but I still have no order and have received no meaningful updates. All they say is that the package is “on the way,” which I highly doubt.

It has now been over 24 days without any tracking updates. My item appears to be stuck in a French storage facility after the failed delivery. Tracking is impossible because I cannot track anything through the French company.

Another red flag: the shipment was first with DPD, then transferred to Asendia. When the delivery failed, my item was not placed in a parcel locker, which is the standard procedure in my country.

In short: horrible customer service and delivery. I’ve been waiting since August 18, and as of October 27, there is still no refund, no proper response, and no sign that my order will be delivered. I feel like I was scammed out of €145. I’ve never had issues like this with other delivery.

i ordered a trapstar puffer jacket on october 9th and i’m currently still waiting. The website says it takes 3-5 days Uk shipping but why am i having to be waiting 18 days i highly recommend that u dont buy from this awful supplier and u check the reviews before you even think about buying from him and that’s what i wished i had done before buying from this absolute scammer don’t let this silly guy get away with this bull shit Thank You
