I’m really upset! my order number is #40575. it’s been almost 3 months and I still have not received my order, or have gotten any emails regarding any updates or shipping. I have emailed the company, and reached out on instagram but haven’t gotten any responses. I was looking forward to receiving my order… but I’m very frustrated with the lack of communication, and wasting my money…

First time buyer on this site and I am over the moon. Coat is of high quality and in immaculate condition. Came fast as well. Will definitely use again. Thank you very much.

Fakes giveaways on tiktok and instagram to gain followers. All the £1 drops are fake. Ordered the cloud puffer and received a USB stick instead.

My 11 years old nephew in Italy asked me this bag...I didn't know this brand, so I searched and surprised how popular it is, and after seeing some video in you tube, then I found Nosaucetheplug...nice bag and original one...

Won a 1£ puffa, got a hardrive instead, went to the giveaway, he barely gave anything. Nosauce the scam.

Terrible , do not give them more money and power than they already have . I was so excited to have one a puffer from the £1 drop only to find out that it was a a publicity stunt and that you had to go to soho square for the giveaway if you wanted anything . It was extremely crowded and unorganised and the security was very pushy and aggressive. Please do not inflate this man’s ego any more than it already is . Don’t buy from them ❌

Scammed allot of people for a £3 jacket snd turned it into a giveaway in london which allot off people cant make.

Absolute shit first we had to be on a live for an hour just to get a code for the puffa then we don't get the item and then we have to go to soho to get the £1 drop that never happend then waited about 6 hours to finally go to the store and not get fast track that was promised to people who bought the puffa just to spend alot of money just for a coat that you can't buy coz it's £160 ut originally was promised for a pound what a wast of time and a scam

Wasn't informed when parcel arrives, missed DPD delivery and next day find out that my parcel was send back to the seller. Contacted customer service by email- no reply. Finally- no parcle , money from my account charged.

Excellent service and i was able to authenticate the item myself due to the clothes tag having a qr code attached to check! Arrived on time as described in my confirmation email. Will definitely be ordering from them again!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes they took 2 weeks to come and then when I took them out of the box whent to put them on there was a used vape in my shoe very very disappointed

I want a return on the item that has not even been sent out I have ordered it 2nd November I expected the item to be delivered in 3-5 working days ( like it stated on the order ) but it has not come. I am not here for my tracksuit I would rather have my money back.

This guy is a total scam artist. He was hyping up this “£1 drop,” claiming that if you entered a code, you’d win either a Moncler jacket or his new Cloud Puffer. But when I “won,” he refused to send anything and just refunded my money instead. What a joke. Never buying from him again—complete waste of time and money. 👎

They ignored my request to cancel and shipped the item. Support never replies, no refunds. crazy.
