Would've been 5 stars if not for the website.

iPhone website could be much improved. I had issues making a purchase in Feb and August 2017.
Otherwise no complaints....the gifts are always a hit with the recipients. Proper surprise and delight.

Perfect

All the things I bought are just so lovely and useful. One of my bowls arrived damaged and there was something missing from the order, this was promptly replaced with no fuss. Beautifully curated. I would buy everything if I could. My home looks beautiful with the things I've bought.

Lost order, great customer service

My order did not arrive at first, but Will from the company was very kind to replace the shipment with a tracked parcel.
I appreciate their customer support, they responded quickly to solve things. When it comes to quality, we did order a subscription in the past for a friend and he enjoyed his gifts very much! Looking forward to order again.

Great gift idea

I have really enjoyed being given a 6 month subscription to "Not another Bill". A small parcel with a present arrives each month. All the gifts are good quality and unusual, well designed items. I liked being able to enter some preferences on the website but also liked the surprise element.
