canceled 15 minutes before appointment for no valid reason
He just canceled the appointment 15 minutes prior to it while he noticed you will be charged penalty if you cancel nearby to appointment! He had no logical reason. Reason was with date is future while it was due to time difference as I was from another country. I waited for that till 3 AM and he had such unprofessional behavior. I just shared my experience here to help people to consider that cause other notaries make it easier and even they help you! Beside that even the court told it is ok and you can notarize it here free of charge. He already knew that it will be 3 AM for my timezone as I asked can you make it earlier and replied no and it was just 1 page affidavit which he could check earlier when we communicated 7 hours ago but finally he canceled it for no reason and without help when I asked what should be corrected. I will make it in another notary or directly at court. I just wanted to not disturb my friend.
Beside that he was not answering email before that too or even when I called again there was no response at all which is considerable.
