Very satisfied with the speed
Very satisfied with the speed, service quality, and professionalism of the team. They provided excellent international support throughout the process. I highly recommend their notarization services. I used them to notarize my W-9 form, and the experience was smooth and efficient.

I would not recommend the service
From the very start, the system was not user-friendly. During the test portion on different computers, and with different browsers, it continued to hang up for our first scheduled meeting. We were never able to connect. We scheduled a second meeting in which we were finally able to connect, but had glitches the whole way through. And then were shocked at the end to find that there was a charge as nobody from Notary cam nor Fidelity mentioned any fee for service.
