I've subscribed to Noteburner since 2019.
Recently, I was having issues with the updates because they wouldn't load. I contacted Noteburner about the issue and Yeong assisted me with the issue, however, I was informed that I no longer had a subscription with Noteburner since 2019.
Yeong asked to have the files from the Noteburner downloaded so he could see them. Unfortunately, for some reason the files wouldn't download.
According to Yeong they do not have my name on their subscription list or any files about my subscription. I am truly puzzled about this.
I will need to re-subscribe to Noteburner.

My personal experience was a month-long trial with Noteburner. The software was easy and intuitive to use. I wanted to start with some albums that you cannot purchase, remasters of an obscure Swedish electro band. Noteburner's straightforward interface makes the conversion process a breeze. Users can simply copy and paste the Tidal track URL into the software, select the desired output format, and click the "Convert" button. The software then swiftly converts the chosen tracks, maintaining the original metadata and album art. I was also going on a 14 hour car trip through Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Colorado and would not have any cell signal nor would I be able to store all the necessary songs on my phone through the Tidal app as there is not enough RAM. Noteburner came to the rescue allowing me to store the high res music FLAC files to a storage device (SD Card) so that I could build a road-trip library. I was able to find many out of print albums that I could listen to offline and in FLAC quality. Not only was the website / app experience a great one, but when I had a question, the support answered my question in 24 hours.
