I think Noteburner is great and practical, use their services daily to burn spotify songs to cds and download netflix videos

I am writing to request a refund for my recent purchase of the Noteburner Spotify Downloader. Despite your website's guarantee of customer satisfaction and the option for returns within five days of purchase, I am disappointed with the product's inability to download my desired playlists.

I have attempted to download multiple playlists from my Spotify account using Noteburner, but the software repeatedly failed to download the full playlists. This has caused me great inconvenience as I purchased the software specifically for this purpose. I have also tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the software and ensuring my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists.

I understand that Noteburner's website claims that your software can download Spotify playlists, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected for me. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a product that fulfilled its advertised capabilities, and I am disappointed that this was not the case.

So, I'd like to request a full refund of my purchase. I am willing to give you any additional information or troubleshooting steps that may help resolve this issue. Still, I would like to be satisfied with the product and request a refund.

I first came across this product when i wanted to take music with with me in an older car which used a USB, sadly with spotify you cant use that in that capacity. I was searching for a program that would help me save the music so i could put it in the car. after trying various software and many viruses later i stumbled across Noteburner. This was a game changer.

once i installed and linked everything up it was a breeze to use. now im an avid user, as with spotify they grey out a lot of songs, which i want to listen to, and we pay for that, so this software helps get around that.

even when i faced issues with the latest update, i had contacted support which is slow at times but the reason for that is im in the UK, apart from that very speedy and helpful.

i would highly recommend this software if you have old players that you want to take your music with you, but also if your an avid music fan then this really is the way to go to build a collection.

I have been using Noteburner for almost 4 years - it's a great piece of software to build your own music library.
The various options for output music formats is really good, I usually covert with at 320 kbps and 44.1 kHz. Recently, during a version upgrade the product failed to register due to an updated backend software, I had to exchange a few mails with the support team (JOJO) but it was sorted fairly smoothly.

They are always wonderful with helping me solve any problem🙏🏽

I am so happy that I came across this software! The sound quality I am able to get from music tracks I download sound phenomenal! The software does exactly what I intended it to do when I purchased it.

Super excited to have a service that I can use to get my music in a downloadable format to take with me everywhere I go - even where there is no wifi or cellular signal.

On top of the high expectations that I expected from this software, their customer service is amazing!

We downloaded the noteburner app to get spotify music we downloaded to be compatible with a micro SD chip to use in headphones that we bought for our kids. We were struggling to find a way to get music that we downloaded from spotify onto a micro SD card and we came across notebuner. This has been a very helpful tool to use to get the music we wanted onto any device really. We mostly use a micro SD card, but you can put it on any storage device. It is a very easy tool to use and does what it says it will. We are now using Noteburner to get audio books from Audible onto an MP3 player - expecting that to work perfectly as well.

I first downloaded NoteBurner, Apple Music Converter for Mac with a little bit of hesitation and skepticism, but at $14.95 a month, it was worth the potential risk for me. Upon downloading I found it easy to use and pretty straight forward. The only issues I noticed with NoteBurner was when a track was a couple seconds long… usually an intro track, in which it would not successfully convert. That being said, when it comes down to it, it’s not that big of a deal. The positive experience I had with NoteBurner far outweighs a couple intro tracks. Additionally, any communication with NoteBurner support was promptly replied to, so customer service is an added bonus.

If you have any doubts as to the functionality of NoteBurner, try it out. It’ll be worth your time, I was very impressed.

I was clueless as to how the product worked and needed a lot of hand holding throughout. I sent 4 or 5 emails with what probably were stupid questions as they related to the product to record and download my music library to my Windows PC. I also bought the 5,000 song adder and thought I accidentally deleted it after activation.

Their team walked me through everything and immediately responded within 24 hours to each email.

I also found the product to work very well and records more quickly than expected. I have about 14,000 songs and after a day or so, I am through almost 5,000 songs.

So, for me, great service and the product is doing exactly as advertised. I will post another review upon completion but so far, so very good.

My experience was over 3 or 4 days as I kept emailing additional questions as I worked my way through.

I've been using NoteBurner iTunes since 2017. It's always been very reliable and does exactly what it's designed to do. I greatly appreciate further development and feature enhancements. Big thanks to the developers for that.

Paid $68 for a year. Spent hours downloading music I need for a big production but all of the songs are limited to 3 minutes. Which means their buggy software thinks I'm in trial mode. That's a lot of money for an app that doesn't work and wastes your time.

Note Burner "version 2.2.4" is the one I stick with -- WHY? Because 2.2.4 let's you rip "hidden" (greyed out / de-listed) albums. Let's say, for some reason, DIR EN GREY's album "Uroboros" got removed from Spotify. The album becomes de-listed, which means you can't play it on the Android App. ~ BUT, it still exists on the SERVER. Using Note Burner 2.2.4, you can STILL rip "de-listed" albums. Later updated versions GOT RID OF THIS FEATURE. Yes, there is occasional issues of some audio files having wierd little pops, but you can edit those out using the Auto Heal in Adobe Audition. I would much prefer that Note Burner brought back the feature to rip HIDDEN albums.

Worked well until this.

Used NoteBurner M4V converter for a number of years and it worked well with a few issues along the way but the support staff were great and fixed any problems. Lately however, the software has lagged behind iTunes updates and no longer works even when using iTunes v12.9. Support staff are no longer interested in resolving issues and just respond with it is beyond their technology.

Update on response from NoteBurner....
I do not want a free subscription, just a little more interest in supporting NoteBurner M4V Converter. It was a great product, with good support and it still does function with workarounds. However the current dismissive responses from Support staff are not helping customers with their queries.

NoteBurner is an awesome product! I've been using it since 2018 and any time I've had an issue, they have responded promptly and fixed the issue. It's a great app and I would highly recommend it to anyone with music file conversion needs!

Buggy free version that only records the first 3 minutes of a song. The paid version is an expensive subscription. All Amazon music converters seem to have the same cost and business model, I think they're all using the same suspect software.

I was a bit skeptic at first but their support team was really helpful and polite and the service was great
