Do not buy!

I had the nothing ear (2024) for a bit over a year.
This pair of buds had 3 RMA requests under warranty.
The first was a repair, the second a replacement and the 3rd is ongoing as the vendor decided to not repair the item, but to replace it, only to find out that there is no stock for replacement. Has been 3 weeks without the item I have paid, with no ETA or solutions in sight.
Stay clear of this brand if you want to keep your sanity!

Good experience so far - Phone (3a) and Nothing Support

Firstly, the Phone (3a) I bought is a great device and it was delivered swiftly. Secondly, I asked support to send me an invoice with proper VAT for my country, which was promptly provided by support member Aya Ali.

Also, the Nothing community seems to be a great resource for discussion and knowledge.

Unethical company & Absolutely terrrible customer service

Absolutely terrrible customer service, and unethical copmany. Phone stopped working within 5 months - bought it off amazon. Contacted Nothing phone, they told me to send it back to the seller, as they are authorized to handle warranty claims on their behalf. Sent the phone back. Seller now wants to charge almost 200 euros to repair a phone that is still under warranty. Nothing phone can apparently do nothing about it, even though i followed their process. It has been weeks now, i have asked for a refund multiple times. Customer service only thanks me for my"review" in broken english. Do not buy their phones, unless you want to get ripped off.

Horrible customer service & charging you to ship with Evri

I saw that CMF buds 2a were on sale on their website. For the price, there’s no other buds on the market that have features like ANC, and I’d heard great things about Nothing, so I put in an order.. big mistake.

The order shipped on September 11th and in came the dreaded email, “Evri: We’ve got your package!” Almost as if they’re taunting me with the fact I’ll never see what I ordered. Sure enough, days pass, no sign of any package, no tracking updating etc. eventually after some back and forth with Evri, they concede that the package is lost.

I emailed Nothing to tell them of the issue and got.. nothing. Despite claiming 24 hour support, I waited over 24 hours and heard nothing back.
I phoned them and immediately got through to Jester, who told me he had to forward this information on to a relevant department and that I’d received a response in 24-48 hours. 48 hours pass, and I receive an email from Jester telling me that the relevant department is “conducting an investigation” and needs to speak to the courier before they can reship my order!

What sort of investigation? Surely you can check the email that Evri sent you, check the shipment tracking, and case closed? Why would it take more than 48 hours to reship earphones when the courier is telling you they lost the package?

Bear in mind, this is 10 days out from purchase date, and they have the courier telling them that they’ve lost the package!!

To make matters worse, I phone back, and instead of trying to help me with the situation, Jester, who seems to be the only one who picks up the phone, is just repeating the same lines over and over again, trying to get me to hang up, until he eventually conceded to follow up with the relevant department and let them know that their issues with Evri are no longer my problem, my problem is with them.

Will I get a refund, will I get my earbuds? Who knows. One thing I do know is I will never ever make the mistake of buying their products again.

Which is a pity, as I’d planned on buying my cousin one of their phones for Christmas.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

I bought Nothing ear open, and the nothing phone 3a. The phone is fine. The nothing ears were incredible. Their sound quality was amazing... The issue? Less than 10 days of recieving them, one of the buds wouldnt connect and the entire thing wouldnt reset.

I spoke to support, they asked me to film the issue, which i did with my old phone, and they told me to send them in, and ill get a new set soon....

That was over 1 month ago. I am now in the process of contacting trading standards because ive basically been scammed. I paid £100 for buds, which were faulty, they asked for them back to replace them, and now they are "refusing" to send me a new pair. Oh they arent outright saying they refuse to send me them, they keep saying "Ill get an update for you, please be patient" its been over a month, im far past being patient

Nothing CMF phone 2 pro

Nothing CMF phone 2 pro.

+ Great design. Home page. Value for money. Phone case included. No nonsense camera takes great pics without asking 20 questions before taking the pic. Great call quality despite VOLTE system being so bad on previous Samsung phone.

- Google. Phone needs serious adjustments to 'de-google' it and reclaim some privacy but can't be done completely. No 'Nothing' text software app included instead so have to use google messages which promotes junk texts. I wasn't getting junk texts before I had Android 15 so it must be Google that's the cause. Gemini AI is annoying and intrusive and can't be switched off it even told me that after I accidentally activated it and swore at it. Disabling Gemini doesn't disable it. Gemini TV ads suggest it's only good to tell you what jacket to wear, where to position your sofa and what to eat. It's garbage and I'd like to delete it but can't. Users of Android 15 have a serious struggle with Google for control of their new phone. Dear Google, this is my phone, NOT yours. Phone manufacturers should be doing more to give consumers more choice on OS and protect privacy from US companies like Google and Apple.

Given other reviews on here I'm feeling lucky one month into ownership.

Nothing asked me for a review but it went on to 'judge me' and will never been seen again so I've put it here instead. Thanks to Trustpilot for being a reliable platform for reviews.

SUCH POOR PRODUCT QUALITY

I recently purchased their most premium audio product, the Nothing headphone 1, and within a month, the case zip failed, meaning I'm unable to take them anywhere without damaging them.

According to their awful customer service, their warranty does not cover the case, and it cannot be fixed or replaced, despite my offer to return the case and headphones. It has left me with headphones that I cannot travel with.

Waste of money, avoid buying anything from them. Their competitors' quality levels and customer service are significantly higher than theirs; spend your money there.

Dreadful customer service. Bought a phone and a watch. Watch was faulty (bezel fell off) but they took no responsibility so no refund. Not the brand I thought they were!

BUYER BEWARE - Atrocious Customer Service, Still Waiting and have no product and no refund.

I purchased the Nothing Headphones (1) with high expectations, only to receive a faulty product straight out of the box. What followed has been an absolute nightmare of customer service incompetence.

After sending the defective headphones back under warranty just 2 days after receiving them, I was promised contact within 3-5 days regarding my replacement. It has now been OVER TWO WEEKS of endless runaround, generic copy-paste responses, and empty promises about "chasing the relevant team."

For a company that markets itself as innovative and customer-focused, Nothing's support is anything but. Their customer service representatives seem incapable of providing:

Actual timelines
Real updates
Any sense of urgency
Basic respect for customers who've spent hundreds on their products
I'm stuck in an infinite loop of "we're looking into it" while my money is tied up in a product I can't even use. The lack of accountability and communication is staggering.

To anyone considering Nothing products: think twice. When (not if) something goes wrong, you'll be left in the dark with zero support. There are plenty of other companies that actually value their customers and stand behind their products.

Never again, Nothing. You've lost a customer for life.

UPDATE: A week later, and I still have NO REFUND AND NO PRODUCT. I have been calling Nothing customer service daily and emailing, but still have not been provided with any information or gotten my money back.

I have raised a dispute through the bank, which my bank has told me they have not yet responded to either (despite my bank saying that usually retailers respond within days).

It's so sad because I spent all year in the hospital, and buying these headphones was supposed to be a treat for myself during recovery, but it has just turned into a nightmare where £300 has been taken from me with nothing to show for it.

Missing Phone – Still No Resolution

Ordered a phone, arrived with no phone in the box. Support promised resolution within 48 hours — it’s been over a week and still nothing. No refund, no replacement, poor communication. Now seeking legal advice.
