I had ordered the Nothing Earbuds 2A
I had ordered the Nothing Earbuds 2A, but they were never delivered to me. When I tracked the order, it showed that my parcel had been delivered, and someone had even made a fake signature and written a fake name. But I never received any parcel. When I emailed Nothing, they did not respond properly. Instead, they told me to file a police case and track the courier myself. I asked them to refund me, but they didn’t. Their service is extremely poor, and their email support does not cooperate with customers at all. No one should buy any product from them if they value their money.
Nothing has taken my money and my phone.
Nothing has my money, my phone and my earbuds following a warranty return in September. Today they messaged me telling me to speak to the police with no explanation. This company is a joke.

Really unpleasant experience because the phone has errors and the customer service demands me to perform technical checks and coding on the phone as they don't have other options.
I will not recommend to buy this phone anymore. It looks cool, but internet does not work and they want me to fix it instead of them.
Buy something that actually works fine.
Customer since day 1 avoid!
I have been a customer of nothing since the beginning as I purchased the first ever earphones. I never ever complain but the customer service is absolutely shocking and poor. They have you doing ridiculous tasks just to return an item it’s completely ridiculous, annoying and proves NOTHING. I used to recommend nothing but now I will never purchase anything from them again. AVOID!
Stopped working after 15 months - no more warranty
I bought the Nothing ear (a) earbuds a bit more than a year ago, and they already stopped working. Obviously, warranty is only a year.
Issues remain ignored
I ordered the Nothing Ear(a) buds. Everything went fine until I unboxed it and tried it. The default codec causes severe issues in the audio output and makes listening terrible, unenjoyable. However, the LDAC codec is for some weird reason working wonderful. I have contacted Nothing Tech at least 2 times before mentioning this issue, but they didn't even bother to answer me. Never got any email from them telling they have received my issue. No customer support at all. If the device wasn't working wonderfully with LDAC, I wouldn't even give 1 star.
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support! It’s nearly 2 months since we purchased the phone and went through the process of claiming the headphones through the redemption offer. Still not received the headphones. Told by nothing support that the offer has nothing to do with them as it’s being done through a 3rd party. Seriously? So you’re telling me that the EarPods are being given away by a company you have no control over?! You’re a joke! You don’t care about your customer experience and you take too long to respond. Your customers will get very bored of this level of support very quickly and you’ll lose customer fast.

I had a problem with my Nothing CMF Buds Pro 2 and i contacted the Nothing Support on the dedicated webpage. Shortly after a support employee answered me. (Mahmoud Keshk). I highly recommend their staff, especially him, he always answered very quickly with highest respect and will to help to find a suiting solution that fitted me perfectly

Since I wasn’t able to take advantage of the “For our Day One’s” promotion because I only receive my payment in the middle of the month, the Nothing Support Team kindly provided me with a discount code so I could still benefit from the offer.
When the first code unfortunately didn’t work, Mr. Mohamed Arafat immediately took care of my case and quickly provided me with a valid one. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated about every progress and even stayed committed to resolving my issue beyond his regular working hours.

Mediocre product with a terrible Service team
Terrible customer service, After just under a year of use my “Cmf pro buds 2” completely stopped working for no reason, after requesting multiple return labels and back and forth with there customer support through email for 2 months i was finally able to send my product back, 2 weeks later they told me my original product was out of stock and offered me a upgrade as compensation for my time wasted and my original product being out of stock. A week later my original model of headphones they claimed were out of stock appeared at my door without notifying me, after trying to contact them to ask why my upgrade offer got completely taken back they simple said they couldn’t offer me the upgrade they originally offered me and forcefully closed the email thread.

Very poor customer service experience
I’ve been a Nothing customer for some time and own a number of their devices, but this was my first experience with their customer service, and sadly it’s been very disappointing.
I bought a CMF Watch Pro 2 in June 2025. Within weeks:
The bezel repeatedly detached and was eventually lost while I was wearing it on a flight.
The watch later malfunctioned (continuous vibration, flickering screen, freezing, reduced battery life).
It remains unreliable, often becoming unresponsive with no clear trigger.
Despite providing evidence, Nothing dismissed my case as a “man-made fault” without even inspecting the device. They also ignored the software faults, which are clearly unrelated to the bezel.
To make matters worse, their response was delayed beyond their own stated timelines, and the only “gesture” offered was a 5% discount on another purchase.
A device failing within two months should be covered as faulty under UK consumer rights, but Nothing’s handling left me feeling blamed rather than supported.
Problem with my nothing earbuds
I had a problem with my nothing earbuds (a), because one earbud was discharging from 100% to 0% in 5-10 mins. I asked for help over the helpline and Mahmoud Keshk helped me quickly by giving me all the instructions and links I needed to send them over to be repaired. He was really nice and helpful. I haven't sent them yet in but I will update when I have them back.
Quick, explanatory, and successful
I’ve wanted to refund the Nothing Ear 3, deciding to buy the later, and Mohamed Arafat helped me out a lot because it was national holiday in China due to which finance team weren’t able to process the refund but Mohamed Arafat helped me get the refund and made it possible.
Bad, don't bother wasting your money
Very disappointed with the product and warranty of Nothing Headphones. Bought for our son for Christmas and within 6 months they stopped pairing with anything. Tried all troubleshooting with them and then got told to go back to Very, where we purchased from as they are authorised to handle warranty claims under their agreement. Very will not cover under the warranty!!! Nothing headphones will fix for a charge. An absolute joke. Bad product, bad aftersales service.
Terrible Service
Bought a pair of nothing ear (a). Lost one of the buds and requested a replacement from nothing direct, get a generic message to provide info on which earbud, serial number, order number, shoe size, address…. To then get a message back to say ‘sorry we don’t have, try a retailer’ come on, surely this is a common and easy fix to come to you direct (happy to pay).
Unbeknown my wife bought me a replacement pair, when I managed to find a replacement earbud on eBay. Trying to return the new pair, no returns policy online, so difficult to navigate to customer service / support. Since had an email asking for serial, order number, photos of the boxes, video of the box. It’s unopened and I just want to return….
Headphones are ok quality, not hugely different to a £25 pair of ankers, not worth the price tag, and certainly doesn’t make up for it in service/support.
