When getting an invite to an abroad wedding I was a bit worried about being able to navigate , flights , ferries and hotels. Tracey Carter was able to accommodate our needs and budget. The Hotel was in a prime location , transfers ready upon each link of travel and communication throughout the booking process was faultless. Thank you for giving us a week to remember on the Aegean coast 💕

We have just returned from a family holiday in Side Antalya. A HUGE thank you to David Lewis who has finally broken our persistent bad luck, with package holidays! David was so understanding and accommodating with trying to meet our (very particular!) holiday requirements. The service he provided has been outstanding, from the start at booking, to our return home yesterday. We stayed at the 5 star Miramare Beach Hotel in Side Antalya and found everything fantastic throughout our whole stay and will be writing an additional review on this. I would not hesitate in recommending him for his professional but kind and friendly approach in booking your holiday. We look forward to speaking to you again soon, for our next adventure! 😬

Having booked a holiday to Lanzarote & been on a fitness retreat to Portugal through Esther she, & Not Just Travel, were the obvious choice to book our trip to Canada.
As we we wanted to visit multiple locations & had certain sights we wanted to see we wanted the reassurance of someone to contact if we had any issues whilst in Canada.
Esther was fabulous at listening to all the tweaks & comments we had on the itinerary she planned (she was also quick to come back to our queries) & her quote was competitively priced against other companies.
We had a fabulous time & knowing that Esther was just a message away should we have had any issues, meant we could relax & enjoy our trip.
We will definitely be using Esther & Not Just Travel again & would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of booking a holiday.

What a wonderful holiday. Grand Hotel Victoria was amazing. Every member of staff we came across were helpful friendly and polite.
We had the amazing Catherine Peat who booked and managed our holiday arrangements. Catherine covered every detail of our holiday with precision, giving us a spectacular holiday and stay at the Grand Hotel Victoria. Her planning and organisation was flawless.

Donna Rhydderch was so helpful from start to finish. Even dropped a message whilst we there to check all good. Was really knowledgable about hotel and destination. A great holiday was had by all and was cheaper than anywhere else.

Norma Englund was very helpful and patient while organising a cruise with 2 night hotel stays and transfers on either side for our family. She was patient with the changes we requested and it all went well.

I booked a short break to Italy with Simon from Not Just Travel as a surprise for my wife’s 30th birthday, and the whole experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish.

Simon did a fantastic job putting everything together. We started in Milan at a beautiful, stylish hotel which was perfect for enjoying the city, before heading to Lake Como where the hotel and location were incredible. Being right on the lakefront with those amazing views made it feel really special and was exactly what I’d hoped for when planning a birthday surprise.

What impressed us most was how effortless the whole trip felt. Flights, transfers and travel between Milan and Lake Como were all organised perfectly, so we genuinely didn’t have to think about anything. We could just turn up, relax and enjoy ourselves, which is exactly what you want from a short break.

My wife absolutely loved the fun and atmosphere of Milan, followed by the beautiful scenery and lakefront views in Como. It was the perfect combination and made her 30th birthday incredibly memorable.

We were so impressed with Simon and how well everything was organised that we’ve trusted him to arrange our big honeymoon this September as well, which probably says more than anything else!

A wonderful trip and a huge thank you to Simon for getting everything spot on. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Not Just Travel to anyone looking for a brilliantly organised holiday where all the details are taken care of.

Thank you Simon Thompson for organising our fly/cruise/overnight stay holiday recently. It really did take the stress out of organising it ourselves. Great hotel booked on our behalf in Barcelona including all transport from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the cruise port. Will be using your services again!

Jo and Jo have done it again! The second time I've used them and I can't imagine booking a holiday without them now. I wanted to take my daughter to Disney Paris. It seemed daunting - so many decisions. Mr Jo listened to my list of wants, wishes, hopes and what I didn't want - and later that afternoon he gave me suggestions, talked through options and I was booked. SO much easier than the endless research I'd have done. We have just returned - and everything was Spot On! For such a big memorable holiday, I can't thank him enough for helping me get it just right. There are details I'd have missed (like the Magic Pass, getting the Flix Bus, etc) and the choice of hotel, with pool and hot tub, were just right for us. We've had an absolutely brilliant time and I'm so pleased my 8 year old got this wonderful experience, paced just right, and ticking all the boxes she has been dreaming of. Thank you Jo and Jo.

When my daughter and I were booking our holiday last year, we were really struggling to find somewhere that suited us both. Nicky Morris suggested several options that we hadn't even considered, which made all the difference. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and never made us feel rushed, even when we kept changing our minds! I honestly think we would have given up because we were just going round in circles without her help. Thanks to Nicky, we found the perfect holiday and came home with wonderful memories. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for expert, friendly advice.

This is the first time I have ever used this type of service - I usually just book it all myself - but I will not be going back to doing that!
Karl and Rachel made it an absolute pleasure to book a holiday. There is no stress or issues, Rachel listened, really listened, to what we were looking for - and I was very specific and fussy - and she came back to me with options. She was clear on all of the positives and negatives and she had incorporated all of the little details I had mentioned. I was fussy about flight times and she had remembered and planned that, the transfers were what I had expressed a liking for, the hotel was amazing.
Once we had booked, all of the confirmations were sent and it was all together, no scrabbling around looking for 20 different emails.
Once we arrived at the resort I decided that I needed to change our airline seats for the return flight but I couldn’t do it easily - 1 message to Rachel and it was sorted, so, so easy and exactly what I needed.
I really couldn’t recommend Karl and Rachel enough, if you are thinking about booking your next holiday this way just do it, you will not regret it.

Seamless, easy booking process right through to going on the cruise. Gemma was always available, or got back to me very quickly with any queries.
Communication during booking and right up to date of travel excellent.

Well, that’s now 3 cruises organised by Yvonne at Not just travel. First Iceland followed by France, leading to our lates adventure. An epic adventure around the Norwegian Fjords. An 8-day cruise on a ship that supplied everything and lacked nothing. The scenes were stunning in Norway, leaving us wondering how Yvonne is going to top this one. Thank you again Yvonne.

Elliott helped us book our honeymoon to Canada and Mexico and we could not have done it without him! At an already busy time he completely took the stress away with planning everything. Hotels were all amazing and even when there Elliott would check in to ensure we had arrived at the hotels and all was well etc, also booking us into flights (even whilst on his own holiday)! Completely took the stress away from us allowing us to have our dream honeymoon! I don't think we'll ever book a trip without Elliott's help again!

Just returned from a fabulous cruise on P&O Britannia to Iceland. We have booked with Gemma on several occasions and she has always provided us with a cabin we prefer and some fantastic on board credit. Nothing is to much trouble. She also keeps you informed with everything on the lead up to the cruise and on your return.

Erin Newberry asked us about our likes and dislikes, favourite holidays and holiday hates, probed, listened and understood. Then booked us a week in an amazing little hotel on the side of a mountain overlooking Etna. The food was amazing, the place exactly what we wanted and the scenery out of this world.
Brilliant way to book a holiday, trumps hours on website and cost no more than booking ourselves, but we would never have found it. Superb.

You thought about every little detail and made it really smooth and easy for her right from checking us in for the flights, special assistance, accessible room and being at the end of a phone immediately for a hiccup. Mike Daymond NJT what can we say from start to finish our trip to Scotland was fantastic, we told Mike what we wanted whiskey Distillery tours for 5 days gave him a couple we wanted to do and told him to pick the rest. He came back with the B&B's the ferry and the taxis to take us there and back to the tours. There is no way we could of planned all that so saved us a headache and everything was perfect, farvto msny drams. If and when we decide where we are going next we will be straight onto Mike thanks again Jane & John xx
