Pete & Laurelle Colvin’s thorough approach to understanding the needs of the client pays off! They listen and take on board all the requirements and challenges holidaying as a family with two teenagers! As this was a multi-stop USA trip, they meticulously planned all our flights, hotels and day trips for us, sourced additional rooms and beds where required. The trip was amazing and the hotels in great locations. Their knowledge and input was invaluable and they were always great at responding to emails.

I would highly recommend booking with them for your next holiday and will be recommending them to our friends.

Fantastic holiday to Sardinia arranged at last minute and expertly by the incredible Sanjay at Sapphire Travel - so impressed with Sanjay’s customer centric expertise and ability to brilliantly match our changing wish list to the perfect break away , flexing details and prices to get us the best arrangement - we had a fabulous time and I would highly recommend Sanjay for any and all your travel needs - already have him looking at the next one for us ! I booked with Karl and Rachel as a surprise present for my wife's birthday with a visit to Malta in May.I gave Karl specific instructions and he delivered exactly want we wanted ..self catering, near a beach and close to the bars and restaurants in a quiet environment...we had a wonderful week and will definitely use Karl and Rachel again !

I called Donna Stacey after feeling totally overwhelmed when doing holiday research. I wanted to book a special holiday for my family and Donna was so helpful and knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions about the sort of things we like doing on holiday and suggested places that I had not considered. It was so reassuring to hear recommendations of places that other clients had enjoyed. Donna sent lots of hotel suggestions and we booked the most fantastic holiday in Mexico. Donna kept in contact after the booking to check flight details, inform us of taxes we needed to apply for and answered any queries we had. First of all many thanks to Nicole Rotheram for organising our trip to Krakow, everything was perfect and seamless no hassle at all The hotel Venetian is a perfect setting right on the town square and easy access to everything. The city is immaculate and safe, the buildings are stunning and the people are lovely. The trips around the city are great and not expensive. We took a trip to Aushwitz and Birkenhau which was very humbling also a trip to the Saltmine on the same day which was long but worth it. The trips around was that good we are going to go back 👍👍👍

We have just returned from what was a truly picture-perfect holiday to Mauritius, and we couldn’t be happier!
Greg listened carefully to everything on our must-have list, as well as the additional things we would have liked, and somehow managed to find the perfect hotel in the perfect location. From the very beginning, he understood exactly what we were looking for and took all the stress out of organising the holiday.
Greg handled all of the paperwork and kept us updated throughout the whole process, which made everything feel so easy and reassuring. He really knows his customers and genuinely cares about getting things right.
The holiday itself was perfect from start to finish. What I also really appreciated was knowing that, if anything unexpected had happened while we were away, Greg would have been there to help sort it.

Thank you Anna for arranging and booking our amazing honeymoon in the Maldives to Avani Fares.
It was true paradise and from the moment we landed ready to board the seaplane, we were treated like VIPs.
It was exactly what we needed with the kids after a busy year and we all loved the slower pace of life, the incredible marine experiences we had and the taste of paradise and luxury we had on the island.

Donna from start to finish was amazing - she cares and she just wanted us to have the best holiday. She thought of everything and checked in on us without imposing - made sure we were happy and understood everything. I was so apprehensive of the cruise I was going on as I was taking my 87 year old mum and older kids, but Donna made everything super easy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to sort your travel and holiday out as she has a great eye for a fabulous holiday. We can’t thank her enough.
