Had a new boiler put in to replace the two we had previously in our grade 2 listed home.

Ross and his staff were absolutely honest from the start about the options, giving us a few different quotes to suit our budget.

We went with the big worcester bosh 8000 system in the end and it's made a massive difference. Feels like a totally different house.

They were punctual, very tidy with no mess despite having to take up some carpeting and floorboards to combine the two systems to one.

They even patched up brick work that was substandard left by a previous plumber!

There's not many companies left who take real pride in their work but Nottingham Boiler Shop do.

Having to pay for a new boiler system is not something any of us take lightly but I'm glad we did and the complete peace of mind in knowing the work has been done to the highest quality is priceless.

The difference this company have made to my families life is immeasurable.

We won't even consider any other company now. They've gained us as customers for life.

First class service from Ross and his team from our initial enquiry to the insulation of our replacement Worchester Bosch Combi Boiler, Pricing was very reasonable. The team worked non stop to complete the work in a day and left no mess, very impressed. On completion explained how to operate both the boiler and program controls.
Would highly recommend Ross and his company to anybody.

Boiler fitted in loft 6/6/2023
Thanks to Ross and his team, highly professional and clean service throughout (even bringing there own hoover!!) From my initial enquiry to Ross for a quote on my new boiler, he came out within 20 mins in the evening after his dinner, which was really appreciated ( i work shifts!!), to give us a very good quote for Worcester Bosch Boiler 10yr guarantee. Fitting times were made to suit our times, and arrived promptly on the times organized again very appreciated. New boiler fitted in the loft , with a quick demo on how to use my boiler, after i turned the electrics off to the boiler by mistake ( learning curve for me!!), Ross was more than happy to pop over after answering my SOS text message!!..Nothing was too much bother, and great information, communication, and payments and receipts throughout proved this was a very professional set up, which i truly appreciated. Certainly use these again for other jobs around the house. Thank you Ross . HIGHLY RECCOMEND

An all round brilliant service and price for a new combi boiler from Ross Campbell. Prompt response, sorted a flue location problem, old boiler taken away and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Very highly recommended
