Knowles Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning 

I have this company in once a year, this year being the second year. It was 100% overdue. I booked in a couple of days ago and they got me straight in, arrived on time& made my carpets, rugs and sofa look brand new. My whole house smells beautiful. Cannot recommend this company enough! Lovely family& very thorough in the job they do. Pricing is very good. Overall really happy! Thank you so much Ricky & Aleisha x

What can I say?! Ricky messaged me back over a bank holiday weekend, and got me booked in straight away! My stairs and landing carpet has gone from looking from tired, dirty and sad, to brand new! Andy even showed me the muck they got out...yuck! Lol. A very professional and friendly service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'll be booking again to do a mattress and possibly my leather sofas. Thank you so much guys, excellent job! ☺️

Ricky and his nephew were brilliant from start to finish! Even when I couldn’t agree to the original time he rearranged and was so accommodating. He let me know about the marks on the carpet and what he could and couldn’t get out from start to finish. My carpets are now looking fresh and brought back to life, would deffo recommend this company to anyone!

I was very impressed with Ricky and his nephew who came to clean our settees. After 2 kids and 2 dogs, i never thought that they would smell so clean and nice again!- they honestly look like new.
Probably not the cheapest company out there, but communication was really good and they explained what i was paying for- will definitely use again!

Cleaned mattress which had been sprayed with a fabric freshener that unfortunately caused an allergic skin reaction.

Today we had our grubby lounge carpet cleaned by Knowles Carpet Cleaning. They did a brilliant job, they were running a bit late but they contacted us twice once to explain and again when on route. Extremely professional and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone. Overall very impressed.

Fantastic professional service delivered by Ricky and his nephew. All the carpets and rugs we've had cleaned, look brand new, smell beautiful and have a second lease of life. We were torn between cleaning or replacing and I'm glad now we've chose cleaning as they have another good few years left in them yet. Competitive fair prices, lovely chaps and a wonderful service. Andy and Mark visited our house today to deep clean all carpets and upholstery after we had some house renovations completed on our home. They were both accommodating and extremely friendly, sending my pictures of completed works as they went so I did not need to travel up and down stairs (I'm heavily pregnant). Andy was able to fit me into his schedule at short notice, which I could not be more grateful for.
The work carried out was to a high standard, my sofa and chair look brand new and they have been able to bring my carpets back to life after months of dust build up.
They were efficient and nothing was too much of an issue for them.
I've had carpet and upholstery cleaning completed before and the level of service and clean completed by Andy and Mark today far exceeds my previous experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs works doing.
