I had called Knowles Professional carpet cleaning service last week and they immediately responded within short span of time. Andy was professional and he dried the carpet free of cost before starting with the cleaning of the carpet. I was very much satisfied with their service and the carpet looked free of mould now.

I contacted Ricky on Wednesday & had our sofas, chair & footstool all cleaned on Saturday the same week. Fast responses to messages, explained all of the cleaning process & gave us a clear price for the job. Very friendly & reliable company. We are so happy with the results as everything looks like new again. There were some difficult stains to try to get out too. Great service from start to finish & I would highly recommend.
