- 2 hours waiting in the airplane with the kids.
- personal on the airplane very rude and unprofessional
- Pilot let a passenger with his child enter the cockpit during the fly, which i find critical.
- Customer support does not answer emails, even on their facebook page, if you write them you never get an answer. they ignore you.

Useless Cowboys. Could be fraudulent

Worst airline around I will never use again. They take my booking. 4 months later, 6 wks before my flight they cancel the flight . Ok this happens. so I then had to spend much more on AIRFRANCE instead because it was realatively last minute.
A month later still no refund even though promised, I went back on the website and there is the flight still available to book.
I will not settling for this small claims courts will get me back the expenses to due incompetence or shoddy business practices and CAA as it was a flight into london.
For those who are having trouble getting your money back in EU airports contact EAA good links and ways to get your money back. Its a lot easier than you'd think

Worst service ever

They cancelled my return flight and did not inform me. I found out the day before I was supposed to leave. They were so unhelpful and rude on the phone. They refused to give me a refund or compensate even though they admitted that they cancelled the flight. Their airline should not exist. Worst service I have ever come across.

The worst company and the most rude staff
I have to warn people against Nouvelair , it’s a hustler company with mafiosi methods . They canceled my flight and refused to pay me back the amount of the canceled flight even if it’s my right as they are responsible of the flight cancellation. However they claimed they transferred Tunisian dinars to my danish bank account which is not possible. I called them several times and send more than 10 mails to them to ask for my money , explaining they should transfer then in danish kr or euros . They stop answering me and they newer paid me back . They are hustlers and liers and they have no principles. Even one of the staff member I m friend with on instagram told me I should just accept that I will newer get my money . I have to warn everybody about this company because it’s a very serious matter if a flight company steals from their customers. It is my basic right to get the amount of the flu ticket that was canceled. I had also an horrible treatment of the staff under the whole process . Be careful with Nouvelair and I advise to newer travel with them . I newer had such an experience with a flight company and I travel a lot .

One of the worst experiences

One of the worst experiences. We had to wait an hour in the plane. Staff offered nothing. Then when we took off I tried to buy something for me and daughter to eat. But they would not accept local currency, only Swiss Francs or Euros. I had nothing left, so they just refused Dinars and said that card machine was out of order. Interestingly the card machine for buying cigarettes was fine but you could not use it for drinks or food. I offered them 40 Dinars for 10 Euros (so a very generous rate) but they would not accept it. I asked if they could change Dinars to Euros. Of course not! Very small legroom (and I am not tall). Used and dirty... Just bad, avoid it! When we got to another low-cost airline in Geneva, it just felt like luxury!

Title: Disappointing Experience with Nouvelair - Urgent Need to Review Customer Service

Route: Tunis - Basel

I wish to share my extremely disappointing experience with Nouvelair concerning a recent flight from Tunis to Basel. Despite purchasing a ticket for 585 euros via Kiwi, a reputed booking platform, my mother was forced by the staff at Tunis airport to buy a new ticket, with no valid justification.

This incident highlights serious shortcomings in Nouvelair's communication and coordination with its booking partners, as well as in customer care. The lack of transparency and the pressure placed on customers for mistakes not of their making is unacceptable and detrimental to the company's reputation.

I am deeply disappointed and concerned to witness such malfunction in the services offered. A customer should be able to rely on the reliability and efficiency of the airline, especially in case of irregularities. This incident has seriously shaken my trust in Nouvelair, and I hope this feedback will encourage an urgent review and improvement of your procedures.

The worst airline ever and would prefer to give 0 stars when it comes to customer service, flights and travel!!!
I have never experienced anywhere near this incompetent, unprofessional, inhumane, petty, manipulative customer service orientation in 40 years of air travel!!!

Unacceptable, unbelievable, outrageous, unfriendly and above all always brazen rip-off of this nouvelair airline!!!
It starts with checking in luggage (500 grams more and you have to pay on top of it...) or when you check in 45 minutes before departure and 3 nouvelair employees close the counter in front of the traveler's nose and still claim that the counter has been closed for 10 minutes (i.e. 1 hour before departure?!!!) etc...

This is the 2nd time with this airline and the last time...👎👎👎

I can't find any words and no answer for this airline except that all the lousy, bad employees of this airline are going down the drain Inschalla!!!

PLUS JAMAIS nouvelair !!!

Es fängt an mit Gepäck Aufgabe ( 500 gramm mehr und man muss drauf zahlen...) oder wenn man 45 min. Vor Abflug kein check- in mehr möglich ist und 3 Mitarbeiter der nouvelair den Schalter geschlossen tätigen vor der Nase des Reisenden und noch behaupten das der Schalter schon seit 10 min. Geschlossen ist ( also 1 Stunde vor Abflug ?!!! ) usw...

Das ist das 2. Mal mit dieser Fluggesellschaft und das letzte Mal...👎👎👎

SCAMMED: When a boarding agent think he works for the German border police and refuse to let you board

Not only they refused to let me board a flight I paid for, but also they didn't offer any alternative solution. They literally scammed me. And all of this because their uneducated agent didnt understand the German residence papers I had. And after complaining to their support they offered to return 13EUR only and without even apologizing for their mistake.

I have been working in Germany for almost two years and am well-acquainted with the travel and immigration requirements. However, when I presented my valid papers at the check-in counter, one of the staff members adamantly refused my boarding. Despite my attempts to explain and clarify the legitimacy of my documents, he did not listen, displaying a level of arrogance and rudeness that I had never previously encountered. I asked to see the boarding manager, but I was informed that she wasn't there for the whole day (which is shocking for airlines).

To my dismay, his decision was not based on accurate knowledge of entry requirements into Germany. Another agent from Nouvelair, recognizing the validity of my situation, consulted with Lufthansa representatives at the airport. They promptly confirmed that they would have allowed me on board with my current documents. Despite this, the staff member persisted in his incorrect judgment, leading him to abandon his duties, close the check-in counter, and leave me stranded.

The subsequent handling of my situation was equally disheartening. I was informed that rescheduling my flight wasn't an option, leaving me without the service I had rightfully paid for and without any compensation or alternative solution.

Subsequent to this regrettable experience, I approached the Tunisair (another airline) office in the airport. There, I was welcomed courteously, my documents were duly checked, and I was confirmed for a flight the next day. I successfully boarded a Tunisair flight and faced no issues upon my arrival in Germany. This unequivocally proves that my travel and entry papers were in order.

In choosing Nouvelair, I had anticipated a level of professionalism and service, but I was sorely disappointed. Due to this mishandling, I have:
- Lost the value of my initial ticket with Nouvelair.
- Incurred an additional cost of 1261 TND for a new ticket with another airlines.
- Paid for overnight accommodation.
- Spent extra on taxis.
- Faced inconvenience at my workplace due to the unexpected absence.

DO NOT USE THIS AILINES. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED

Flight denied with no logical reason

My mom was not allowed to take her flight, booked online, at 6 AM from Tunis to Paris on August 24th 2023.
She lives in Italy with a regular Italian residency permit. They asked her to show an extra tiket, either by bus/train or plane from France to Italy in order to give out her tiket and let her go!!!!
She took several similar flights with different companies in the past and this STRANGE request was never happened before!! They did not gave out any written excuse that we could use to ask for a refund from the online company we booked with. We believe that we were SCAMMED by this unprofessional and rude company.

Flight with Nouvelair Was awful

Flight with Nouvelair Was awful. I usually don't give bad reviews but:
2 hours late, 1 hour because of delay on the Flight, 1 hour because air hostesses couldn't manage the luggage and there was no more space for the suitcases so half of the people were jammed in the corridor and couldn't move, 1 hour to manage the boarding, absurd.
No wifi. No telephone charging. I repeat awful

NEVER, EVER BOOK TO FLY WITH THIS HOPELESS COMPANY

WE FLEW FROM LGW TO TUNISIA ON 10 JUNE 2023 and we were 3 HOURS AND 5 MINUTES DELAYED - CAUSING US TO MISS OUR BOOKED SHUTTLE.
ON 24 JUNE WE FLEW TUNISIA TO LGW and we were 5 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES DELAYED!!!!!!!!!
WE HAVE WRITTEN DAILY TO NOUVELAIR SINCE 24 JUNE TO CLAIM THE COMPENSATION WHICH WAS CONFIRMED ON A SIGNED CERTIFICATE HANDED OUT TO EVERY PAYING CUSTOMER ON THE INBOUND FLIGHT BY THE STEWARDESS AND ONLY HAD A REPLY YESTERDAY 21 JULY TO INFORM US THAT WE WILL NOT BE RECEIVING ANY COMPENSATION !!!!
ON SPEAKING TO OTHERS WE NOW KNOW THAT NOUVELAIR FLIGHTS ARE ALWAYS DELAYED. THIS WILL BE BECAUSE THEY FLY TO 25 DESTINATIONS AND HAVE TO JUGGLE THESE WITH THE 11 PLANES THEY OPERATE !!!!!!
PLEASE BE AWARE AND NEVER BOOK TO FLY WITH THIS RUDE, IGNORANT COMPANY

Worst Airline I Have Ever Experienced

Experience over 8 hours of delay on both flights en route and return flights. I have no idea how this company is still running. I would give a 0/5 if that was possible. Please avoid using at all costs. There is no way of contacting the airline to discuss compensation either.

The worst flight experience. Wish I’d read reviews before..
- Delayed flights and no updates were ever given
- Sped through the safety briefings
- Flashing lights on the plane internally
- Let passengers smoke on the plane
- Staff were so rude
- Bags left in emergency exits

Not the one.. don’t do it!!
