Worst company yet!
I have never had a bad experience with any flights until this one. Delayed both on the way to Tunisia and the way back! Aircraft attendants were rude and one member sat in the back on her phone while the other lady was working. I must admit the pilot on the way back to London was amazing and funny had the whole flight laughing. well done to the pilot of flight BJ844 24/06/23 from Tunis to Gatwick you made my day.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Nouvelair on my flight from Tunis to London. The airline's complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes left me utterly disappointed and inconvenienced.
To begin with, my flight was delayed by a staggering four hours. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I had an important connecting train to catch in London. As a result of Nouvelair's incompetence, I missed my connection and had to bear the burden of additional expenses and tremendous inconvenience. I arrived 5 am in the morning instead of 10 pm at night as there was no more trains late at night.
Upon approaching Nouvelair's customer service to address the situation and request a refund, I was met with an astonishing level of indifference and unprofessionalism. The representatives displayed no empathy or concern for my predicament. They simply shrugged off the issue, stating that the delay was due to technical issue and that the airline held no responsibility for missed connections.
What truly infuriated me was their outright refusal to provide any compensation or reimbursement for the financial losses I incurred due to their delayed flight. It is evident that Nouvelair does not value its customers or their time. Their lack of accountability is simply unacceptable, and it leaves me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction

The worst service ever as my luggage was received after 3 days with no communication or support and after I traveled all the way to capital Tunis to collected and I contacted them for compensation for my travel and waisted time and money to collect my suitcase even I called and sent emails few times but no support . I booked a ticket for Tunisia on 8 Apr 2021, unfortunately we weren't able to travel as the country went into the 'red zone and I have to cancel the tickets. They told me they would give me a voucher valid for a year and if not used will be refunded.
Fast forward to today I haven't gotten my refund. It's really annoying when you paid for a service that was never used. I emailed them but never gotten any response.
Such a waste of time and money chasing them.

Return flight to Tunis from London Gatwick was everything it needed to be. Clean new plane, decent seats, easy to board and disembark - no major delays with either flight.

Appalling airline that is only interested in ripping you off. I was sold a ticket that included checked luggage however when I turned up at check-in I was charged extra for checked luggage and wasn't allowed on the flight until i paid. the ticket details sent out by the airline are so limited that it is impossible to tell what is and isn't included in the fare.

i just wanna share my experience with Nouvelair
on the 08.09.22its Friday we flight from Gatwick to Tunis our flight its supposed to be 6:30pm but it was delay and we flight 2am Saturday they said the tunis airline were on strike by their employees.
In the Plane you cannot take tap water in the flight i dont know why the hostess they push themselves to come to work (no smile )they are not nice at all the service and the hospitality its zero its was unprofessional how they treat us.
Another surprise on the come back the 17.09.22 i have extra kilo and i understand that but the way how the man on the desk treat me and my British husband its unbelievable i cannot even describe he increased his voice on us he told me better i go home and i come back tomorrow because he will close the flight this is happen 2pm and our flight been delayed to 6:10i felt he own the flight my husband tried to speak with him he ignore him and walk away from the desk after he come back with his friends i dont know why and when i ask for the manager to sorted this issue out he ask me to search for it i say how i will know him then he called him the manager came i asked for his name to i know to who i speak he mentioned that here no one have names and he refuse to speak with me and give me his name this is exactly what happen i pack my bags and on my way the gentelman on the desk he told me that his friends waiting me in the door and name Syrine and they will take care about me and effectively when i’am passing the departure door i get surprise from 100 people they called me to mesure and check my bags the same man who was on the desk with the lady Name Syrine i refuse that and i said why me they said its law and i’know its not they just make it hard and stress for me they mentioned if i will refuse listen to them i will miss the flight and i cannot pass throught until they check it i have 400gramme extra on my cabine kilo they asked me to take it after i have 200gramme they asked me again to take this team really make a hard time for us and this company destroy our holiday.

I had my first and worst experience with nouvelair, i cannot imagine how much headache and trouble i got from nouvealir, on my way to Tunisia i had to wait for 6 hours at the gatwick airport plane was hold so long time and the last plane to leave was our plane it was a tiring journey with irresponsible flight crew, when we were awaiting inside the airport we never got informed for the situation and once we got in plane there was some explanation why the flight was delayed, ( too late to be informed ) I almost fainted and had a problem my wife asked for water, even the hostess on the airplane didn’t give us any water no smile no hospitality 0 customer service ,
On the way back to England in Tunis carthage airport on 17th September we checked in our baggages and it was 1-2 kilo extra, they told us to remove extra weight, thats ridiculous i have seen that check in crews allows family and friends plus other people whom they like to have few extra kilos but they caused a-lot problem for us, they didn’t even allow us for a 100 gr extra weight we understand that we have extra luggage but we didn’t understand they way they treat us and spoke with us, also we had to argue and call the supervisor nouvelair to solve the issues, i hope everyone seen than how nouvelair treats to their customers… me and my wife talked to them nicely initially but crew was so nasty to us and the man said that he won’t process our tickets as he wishes not to and on top of that they were so threatening and throwing disgusting and irritating words to us, its so un-polite and so rude crew, i never had such an experience like this and will never flight with nouvelair anymore, i have 1.2M YouTubers and travelling a-lot countries by exploring and talking about my visited holiday places and airline companies, i will definitely explain every detail of my experience with nouvelair and will ask for a full refund either with court or ombudsman, nouvelair crew are so rude and have no English whatsoever, i have tried to talked to the man who checked in our baggages but he ignored us and refused to check in for us.

I book with loveholidays in Feb 22 and in 30 years of booking hoildays with companys have never had to worry about the airline, but from the start of going to there website it was clear that it was not going to be easy.
There website is not easy to navigate or understand and finding out the bagage allowance for the 10 people i had booked for was frustrating to say the least, after 3 months of trying to understand there website I passed it over to my husband who is a (Senior Development Programmer) who said that the infomation on the site was very confusing as on one page it said prices and allowance for bagage and listed countrys it said any country not listed was 20kg (Tunis was not listed) but on top of our booking lugage page it said group allocation 25kg we tried ringing Nouvelair in France as thats there only number they have but no one speaks English there .
Love holiday confirmed we had 8kg hand luggage but could not confirm anything else . So on the 2nd of Aug 2022 we flu out and there was not a problem
we each took hand luggage and 2 extra medium cases under 20kg and there was no problem, but when we were coming back they charged us £200.00 to bring back the 2 cases and it was not only us, there were lots of other family that had to pay alot of extra money to get there luggage home it was total Bedlam at the airport, people could'nt understand why there was no charge going out but coming back there was.
I would never recommend this airline and will be checking with airline we book with in future.

I have just returned from a wonderful week in Tunisia having flown with Nouvelair. I had booked the flights before reading the reviews and after reading them was incredibly nervous about flying with this airline. I told myself if I made it back to London having had a positive experience with the airline that I would write a review to counteract all of these negative ones.
Nouvelair was absolutely fine. They were on par with airlines like Norwegian or Ryanair in terms of basic amenities and comfort. The plane both ways was clean and comfortable and the leg room was fine. The staff were very friendly and you could buy mini bottles of Tunisian wine on board for the bargain price of 1 euro per bottle! My only gripe is that there is no online check in which these days is a huge disservice so I had to wait in a queue for an hour at Gatwick in order to check in for my flight. Also make sure you're aware of the carry on luggage allowances. In Tunis they were weighing all carry on baggage and your bag can only be up to a maximum of 8 kilograms. If it's more you will be asked to remove some weight or go pay for a bag to be checked in. I spent a week in Tunisia with one hand luggage bag that weighed 6kg and saw people with a needlessly horrendous amount of luggage.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Nouvelair other than not being able to check in online in advance.

Worst experience flying ever
Today nearly died , with flight dropping vertically during turbulence.
Both to and from Tunisia passengers had to clap hands and pray on landing
And on return today all passengers reported never experiencing a scary journey like that .
Either the journey to Tunisia is the most turbulent or perilous (which I highly doubt) or there is something very wrong with this airline .
