They have used the migration to remove account to their customer. I had a 100k account I lost 3 months of trading activities during the 1st migration. Then a second migration started in last december and I never received my account back since that time. They asked me to buy another account to receive my previous account back. I have never seen this in my life. I'll leave this message until I receive my account back.

Scam, Use a trustful company instead

I was not able to get across to them.. I was not able to get across to them after withdrawal deposit. They later replied me with excuses of me violating their rules which obstruct my withdrawal process.I have given up until I came across the image on profile for help

stay away from this scammers they took my money if you are profitable they will breach your account by the reason of copy trading even you take your own trades, I provided them with the proof and after that they disappear without any replay stay away or you will regret

Scammy company, stay away from them. Don't bother using this prop trading firm as they will never pay you out lol. Like many of the other reviews here, i was waiting for a long time for a payout and they mentioned 'server migrations' as a reason. After that 'migration', they removed my account and refuse to reply to any emails.

I have 3 accounts and already pass chalenge but 9 month ago he disable my account and because of migration . i already send too much emails and msg and every time he said wait wait . now i want refunds but he denied and put belame on eightcap . Dont buy new accounts he make fool .

Beware of this nova funding they are thieves who rob people and they don't tell you why it happened. I opened an account 200k. When I passed, they told me that I violated the daily loss.. when I asked them the proof that I violated the nova law. Until now, they haven't proven anything to me and they closed my account

A very terrible mistake I made was buying into this fraud. I bought 3 accounts, 2 200k and 1 50k and after a while without any real use they just went off. They blamed everything on migration. I waited for over a month and with no headway I had to source for intervention because I could not afford to let them take me for granted. I fought back seriously with cfsecuredholding my energy source, and everything worked out for me. Do not sit and wait that's what they want you to do so that they can have legal rights over your investment with them. Don't be fooled

Bought 2 200k accounts, started trading, but suddenly everything went offline.
- They told me to stay updated about the migration in their telegram group - it got marked as spam and disappeared.
- They are telling me to have patience for my accounts migration to the new platform - for over 5 months now, still no update or anything, no replies to my emails

SCAM! Stay clear of these people they are just scammers. Bought 200k account which just got closed down with message saying your trading account has been temporarily suspended. No response from support. Please just stay away from these scammers.

I can’t use zero rating unfortunately otherwise I would have. I have had an account which had about 5k profit. I asked for payout, they stopped the payout due to consistency rule and said they will reset my account so I can start trading again. That was like 6 weeks ago. I have been messaging them since to regain access to the account. Every time they tell me to be patient while it’s sorted out. An absolute scammers

The worst company on earth. They are scammers and swindlers. I bought an account and used it for only two days. Then they closed my account and told me that I was banned from using social trading.

I had two funded accounts before their migration. After the migration they never provided me any of my funded accounts. I have emailed them 100s times. Always receive a reply that account will be provided soon. It never came. One account was 200K and another one was 50K. Both of the account was in good profit. They play a game in name of dashboard migration. They were doing this for many time. After migration they don't provide the account to many of the victim. Guys don't go with them. They are HFT firm and if you do digging, no HFT firm has ever been good. They eat the challenge money from many of the innocent trader for little while. And after that they will start to play this non sense dashboard migration game and don't provide you the funded account. Even they are marked as scam on telegram for that.

I beg you do not trust them. I have a 80 % win rate , been with the company since 2023 , received 2 pay outs and their excuse is because they’re trying to merge platforms. Which is hilarious because at that point just Give me a whole new account but the fact they took it away def scam. Their telegram is also a scam , be free to comment or reach out I’ll provide proof my emails with them , payouts etc.

After extensive efforts to sustain Nova Funding in the prop industry, we have made the decision
to cease operations over the next 60 days.
While this is not the outcome we aimed for, we are committed to a structured and transparent
approach to ensure a fair and orderly transition for all traders. Below is our plan of action.
What Happens Next?
1. Signups Closing (Early March)
● We have stopped accepting new sign-ups.
● Live and email support will remain available throughout the process for existing users.
2. Active Platform 5 Traders
● You may continue trading and request a payout when eligible and ready.
● All pending and eligible payouts will be processed upon request.
● Once paid, accounts will be closed.
● There will be a 40-60 day grace period from today before finalizing all Platform 5
payouts.
● A final batch payout date will be announced as we move towards final closure steps,
ensuring all eligible traders have the opportunity to request payouts before accounts are
closed.
3. OG Clients (MT5 Accounts Purchased Via Manta/FXCH Offer)
● If you purchased an account through our former MT5 brokers (Manta or FXCH), you
may be eligible for a refund, provided that the account remained in good standing as of
10/03/2025.
● A private form will be provided for you to submit your details. This will function similarly
to a Google Form or JotForm, allowing you to provide your account data for our team
to review your case.
● A dedicated client resolution email will be set up to manage eligible refund requests
before final closure.
4. Non-Migrated DX Trade/Tradelocker Accounts
● If you purchased a DX Trade or Tradelocker account from portal.nova-funding.com,
please note:
○ These accounts were managed by our previous tech provider.
○ Nova does not control payouts, account management, or any resolutions
related to these accounts.
○ Clients should refer to their trader agreement for all terms and conditions.
5. Legal & Compliance Considerations
● Nova Funding is conducting this closure in accordance with our existing policies and
trader agreements.
● Platform 5 traders will receive payouts per eligibility requirements, ensuring the fair
completion of outstanding obligations.
● Refunds for eligible OG clients will be processed based on their submitted case
details. (Resolution Form Submission Available Soon)
● Nova is not responsible for third-party accounts (DX Trade/Tradelocker) that were not
under our direct management.
We understand that this transition may raise questions, and we will continue to provide
updates as we move forward.
This process has been designed to uphold fairness and compliance while ensuring all
traders receive what they are owed.
