Imagine if I brought three of these special little things what a bundle of fun, thank god just the one you turn it on and it blows out a wet fart all over your table fantastic. It lights up your room like your on the star ship enterprise.

Agree with all comments above. Item leaked on arrival, cheap and flimsy item. Returned item (my cost) for refund. Refunded in Euros when I paid £ costing me more. I will never order from this company again.

Absolutely cheaply made air cooling units brought 2 and both leaking
Got a refund back and refunded me much less then what I paid 42 Euros when i paid 59 Euros plus 12 Euros Warranty 😡🤬
Please avoid no joke these units come from Hong Kong and are cheeply made and easily gets damaged absolutely rubbish.
Can also put down the whole conversation with Customer service if anyone really wants to look into these lot. Do the right thing and pay back my whole money as your product is not what you say it is!

also i have now called this number which is based in India and they answer and put the phone down!

received my air cooler by post ,connected up as instructed but only ran for 2hrs and then the fan stopped and there was a smell of burning and none of the switches worked ,have tried to get an answer to get money back but am being give the runaround ,this unit is a complete load of rubbish and this site is a scam ,keep well clear ,

Received my CoolAir today. Not happy with product. Novad refunded fee in full.

Ordered BloodPressureX blood pressure monitor from Novads, advertised by them as #1 brand. Delivery guarantee within 5 -7 business days. After 10 days have tried contact Novads for the status. Instead of giving me details they provided link to tracking tool. Apparently, the shipment was from CHINA (I wish, I knew)! One month later I have received unbranded chinese knock off monitors in heavily damaged packages because they neglect properly package it. I tried to return it and after over two weeks of unsuccessful negotiations I have opened dispute via PayPal. The PayPal was also unable to get any response from Novads and issued refund to my account.

They are a marketing scam company that partners with Hyperstech.
stay away....these are the most scummy, scammy people ever who will not refund you at all.
they are gross and need to be shut down.
I bought one of those sticky bras off them......It came and was a cheap chinese thing that was not packed sterile and was so sticky it ripped the skin on my boob a bit....I will have to go to the doctor.....it was in a plastic bag with a bit of cellotape to hold it shut.
despite their terms saying defective items can be returned (which it was) and despite the law stating any item that is mis-represented or does not work to a suitable standard must be refunded, they will not refund so now i have to go through my bank and trading standards report.......please boycot these lying fraudster scumbags.

They are knowingly breaking the law by refusing despite their product causing actual damage to my body......and i only had it on for 30 seconds.
these bras cause major damage and are not sterile or bodysafe at all.

Edt: they kept closing my case without even looking at it and when they finally replied, they had the cheek to tell me how to make it more sticky to rip my boob even more.

Never ever buy anything off this company as they are fraudulent, law breaking, rude and do not even comply with their own regulations as per stated on their own website.....Not trustworthy at all....A bad bad company.

This is a marketing company located in France sistered with Hyperstech. They are used as Scam companies to dupe people. If you see either of these names run a mile. They are huge international companies surviving off scams. One company they sell for is Cool Air Inc so do not use them either. As internet sales explode there is now huge money in theft and scams by these companies. Just got the reply below and yes I got a refund that was less than they took from me and only after disputing the payment with my bank who did finally get all my money. I totally stand by my review. These people are a disgrage.

On 07/15/20 I purchased your smart watch. I tried for two weeks and could not receive the correct time. I am very disappointed. I expect a refund within two weeks. I notified my bank to put this debit pending or consider fraud.

Navegando por la Red me apareció el anuncio de su producto "Wireless-N WiFi Repeater", diciendo que ampliaba la cobertura de mi red y de mi router y de manera confusa ofrecían que si comprabas 3 pagabas el precio de 2 y por cinco el precio de 3. Adquirí 5, me llegaron después 5 semanas y al probarlos todos mi red sigue igual, no mejoró la señal como lo garantizaban. Al ponerme en contacto con ellos por correo me indican lo siguiente textualmente "Le solicitamos que comparta un video que explique claramente el problema con el producto para que podamos ayudarlo en consecuencia.
El video debe enviarse al equipo técnico para su verificación y solo después de su confirmación, podemos continuar para ayudarlo en este caso".
Lo que solicité fue cómo hacer la devolución del producto y el reembolso de lo que pagué y no lo obtuve!
Como cualquier otro sitio de compras en línea deberían de hacer la devolución sin mayores cuestionamientos!

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had online. Surfing at INternet I saw the ad for their product "Wireless-N WiFi Repeater", saying that it expanded the coverage of my network and my router and confusingly they offered that if you bought 3 you would pay the price of 2 and for five the price of 3. I acquired 5, the product arrived after 5 weeks and after testing all of them my network remains the same, the signal did not improve as guaranteed. When I contact them by email they state the following verbatim "We ask that you share a video that clearly explains the problem with the product so that we can help you accordingly.
The video should be sent to the technical team for verification and only after confirmation can we continue to assist you in this case."
What I requested was how to make the return of the product and the refund of what I paid and didn't got it!
Like any other online shopping site they should make the return without question!

Have been dealing with this outfit for several months chasing down an order I placed back in late February. I realized that my order had not been delivered after several months, I inquired only to get a 5% discount and to wait a bit more as the packages were coming in 2 parts due to size! Kept checking the tracking #s with no success; seemed to be stalled in China! Finally a package came but not what expected and 1 short of my order. I even tried to contact the company and was told there wasn't an order or payment on file!!! The Chinese company wanted all sort of personal info that I wasn't willing to give. NOVADS told me that another package was on the way....several months later to finally received in July (in a simple soft mailer no bigger than letter size) in which I refused delivery so that I could request a refund. The refund had to go thru several checks and verifications. Finally after much back and forth emails, a refund of entire amount was granted. It took nearly 6 months for this transaction to be completed.

Didn't arrive, already published in the media that it's a scan. Do Not Buy it!!! No support, no one to contact to for help

Purchased a X phone from you about a year ago, very pleased and wish to buy one for my brother

Too good to be true (it isn't) is about the only way one can explain the function of this little useless unit that is suppose to help keep us cool. There is absolutely no coolness coming out of these units. Why bother? I suppose the only good thing about this is the fact that some people around the globe receive some $$$ for their efforts and are working to support themselves these days. The company does not respond in time, the communication is lacking in human response, difficult to maneuver through web page and find a place where responses are viable....it's a mess and a joke. I just sent my units back to the sender (in a Post Office Box) rather than a real address....good luck for me getting my $$$$ back.

This company as well as blaux company for air conditions are profisional scam companies in Hong Kong. Never order from them. They have thausands of victims. Do not trust them. They have profiosnal website and ads. They have to be reported as criminals world wide.

Like all the other reviews I only rated 1 star so I could place my review. I ordered a wifi booster, but have never received it. It was ordered the 1st week of April. I have not even been able to have my money returned. I must agree with the other reviewers, it is a scam. PLEASE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TURN AWAY! RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not even worth one star but can't review without putting it in! I ordered an air cooler and it did arrive. Was not packed well and wrapping torn and battered. I tried to send it back but no address. Have emailed a lot! No response other "Than your ticket has been closed"

Ordered and paid in February 2020, even had to pay duties afterwards. That was before the Lock-down started in S.A. but I never received anything. During May, after 10 emails, I've cancelled and requested a refund, which I have never received, and they still maintain the same old story, "refunded, order closed"
STAY AWAY GUYS, BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!
