Rotten, useless and slow. Don't use this crap

Do not recommend - waste of money/time.
Tried to login and got "Incorrect login",
tried recovering password, and still didn't worked,
support recommended to try different browser, but
in the end they without a reason just blocked
account - will not admit and won't explain.
Stay away from this service.

Nice support, Nice filehosting, i download my files without problem, and i got a file corrupted after downloading, i contact to support and request uploaders to re-up that file after 3 days, amazing.

So far best filesharing service ever used! Helpful support service and great download speed!

Much better than before.

Came back to Novafile recently and found it to be a much better experience overall. Quick, easy and efficient. Looks like they are in process of an overhaul which is a good thing.

This is the worst site to download, they don't say a bout the 20gb limit in any are of their site. but once you download more than 20gb you need to buy a new premium account, they stoled my money.

I have no problem being patient and waiting for something. What I do have a problem with is being fed lies, Novafile is a site based on lies! Avoid at all costs!

Premium with traffic limit, that is not mentioned.

I got locked out of my account because I used a VPN to access the service and it changes my ip address for privacy. NO RESPONSE FROM NOVAFILE on how to fix this and get back in.

You can only download 20 GB maximum in 3 days !?!
Nowhere did they mention this. I have seen bad download-sites before, but at least they had a 20GB per day download. This Novafile is the worst of the worst. I'm glad I only took a non-recurring 1 month subscription. Stay away from scamsite Novafile.
I took a subscription to download files uploaded by vintage8mmporn.com, which was called myclasic.com earlier, as I can see in various screenshots. I don't know if that site is in on the scam.

Nova File renews you automatically. And charges you for this. I immediately complained and was promised a refund. This is now over 3 weeks ago. I have urged them several times and they promise to repay. I experience this as pure fraud. I have now found myself having to block my credit card to make sure they do not continue to charge me. It should be possible to cancel automatic renewal, but this does not work, so you are left helpless. This company appears to be very unserious and can certainly not be recommended. here one can be scammed

Absolute scam! No mention of a 20 GB limit. I don't know if this is a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly as you cannot find this information anywhere!

Avoid them at call cost. There is a 20GB download limit but they still advertise it as "no download limit" on the sign up page. 1 out 3 files does not download property (download link failed to generate) yet it is still counted towards your daily 20GB limit. You will be lucky to download 1 file a day. Hopefully Paypal will refund the money.

Traffic limit 20GB is not mentioned on any page like ToS or FAQ. They are not answering to messages.

In my opinion,Novafile company is a scammer, it does not give you any information about the 20 GB limitation during membership. Shame on Novafile.

This is a hit or miss service, not as advertised first of all. Premium service states fast downloads (currently around 45kbs, I'm 1GBs DL fiber connection), unlimited parallel downloads (false, limited to 3), unlimited download file size (false, limited to 20gb.) The most critical thing here is the 20gb cap every 72 hours, this isn't advertised anywhere and is one of those bait and switch gotchas. 20gb is such an arbitrary cap and rings of early oughts limitations. While most modern file-sharing services are closer to 1tb a month, Nova is about 200gb a month if you're Johnny on it.
One positive I can give Nova, the service tends to be up more than not, and they tend to have files that have been around for a decade or more. Far fewer missing files than some of the other bigger names. That said, if the RSS feed I was using didn't rely on Novafile, there is no way I'd be a subscriber. I wish there was an alternative.
