Great Conveyancing Team!
I had a fantastic experience with my conveyancer Kavindya Ratnadasa and account manager Sumaiya Shabdeen throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional and always happy to answer any questions I had.
They were easy to reach by phone whenever I needed to speak to someone and emails were always responded to promptly. Communication was excellent throughout, with frequent, clear updates that kept me informed every step of the way.
They also worked hard to help move things along when there were delays with the Land Registry and my lender, keeping me updated and doing everything they could to keep the process progressing.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, proactiv and supportive conveyancing team. Five stars!

We had the best time working with Sumaiya Shabdeen and Kavindya Ratnadasa on our purchase and I would highly recommend them! We had a dream and a deadline to complete within three months and we managed to go from offer to completion in nine weeks!! Which was fully down to Sumaiya and Kavindya.
